Family-friendly holiday rentals in La Brée-les-Bains

A wonderful home that is really fully equipped! Everything is designed and planned for us to have a great stay! The welcome and the explanations are clear and it was a pleasure to connect with you 😉 Thanks for the tips from restaurants and outings! We had a great stay, in a quiet, very pretty place and the hot tub is a real plus in this accommodation which is super well located for visiting La Rochelle and its surroundings 😉

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Very nice welcome from Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is very pleasant. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for all questions. I would recommend it.

Very nice place with its small terrace out of sight . The hot tub is a real joy no matter the weather . Very well placed on the island . You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming . A big thank you . To be done again with great pleasure .

Very nice stay at Catherine's. Lovely little house well equipped close to shops and the beach. The hot tub is a real plus in April. Listing as described. We loved our stay!

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good advice even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great time at this lovely house. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated, has a lovely garden, and is very quiet and private. The welcome was very nice and an added bonus was generously allowing our children to play with some beach toys stored at the house. The house is five minutes from an excellent bakery, pizza place and bar / cafe and ten minutes walk from a lovely beach.

We had a very good Pentecost weekend with the family (7 adults and 3 children). The description is in accordance with the listing, the rental is very well equipped, we can mention in addition 4 bikes, a plancha and... especially a great calm! Thanks Chris BC

We couldn't have asked for more for our stay in La Rochelle with friends. Located in the center, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated and very well-equipped. Guillaume was very accommodating and friendly. We recommend it 200%.

A more than perfect rental for a family stay. Ideally located accommodation, close to the sea, in a quiet area with a garage and a very nice private parking space. House very well organised and equipped for a large family and very clean. Marie and Emmanuel offered us to arrive earlier than expected. We just met Marie, a very friendly host, these many tips were very useful to us. We will return with great pleasure!

We had a great time thanks to Patricia and Joel's absolutely exceptional cottage…! We had 3 children under 5 and everything was suitable and made for them: games for each of their ages, books, a small desk to be able to draw and tinker, board games, puzzle. But above all the garden was beautiful and also did not lack activities for children with the treehouse, trampoline and swings... The bikes left at our disposal were a real luxury, and allowed us to discover all the surrounding paths! The kids (and parents too!!) were particularly touched by their little surprise/checkout gift! Another huge thank you for these small touches, for your discretion and kindness. We treasure the address and recommend 200%!

A very good stay at Brigitte's, who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easy to access and close to the centre of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Fantastic modern villa. Great kitchen. Beautiful outdoor space. Accessible to shops, restaurants and a fantastic market. Also very close to the beach We stayed as a family of eight and would love to return sometime in the future. The host Caroline and concierge Romain are super helpful and responsive. We loved Ile de Re - it is so beautiful.

We had a great stay in this apartment for a wedding in the area. The location is perfect, very central, which allowed us to do everything on foot. The accommodation is clean, well furnished and very pleasant to live in. Ideal for enjoying the island! Thanks again for hosting us! We'll be back:)

2nd stay in this residence, but changing apartments this time, even arriving late no worries to find, and being able to park right in front is clearly a plus with luggage!! The apartment is great, well decorated, the bed super comfortable We had a problem with the pool and the problem was solved in the hours that followed, we will come back without problem for a future stay!!!

Clean and well-located studio, very good bed, nice little balcony for breakfasts, I used the pool, sauna and steam room with satisfaction. We are barely 10 minutes from the port of St Martin de Ré, we will be happy to come back, thank you Jacky for your welcome and Pascal for his accommodation

Perfect accommodation for our 2 night stay. we liked: Complete equipment, the tastefully furnished accommodation, comfort of the bedding, the cleanliness of the place, the very pleasant terrace, the quiet and the proximity of the centre of the fleet accessible on foot. Even though we didn't meet him, we enjoyed the exchanges with Nicolas and the care he took to facilitate our arrival. i highly recommend this place.
