Our accommodation is close to the sea (walking distance to the beach), in a rural environment, surrounded by vineyards and woods on 8 hectares (house adjoining ours, but not overlooked), quiet and relaxation assured! With an area of about 40 m2, it is perfect for a couple/couple with young child (2 years max). It consists of a bedroom and a living room with small kitchen and sofa, terrace. Linens and hand towels provided. The shower room/toilet is accessible through the bedroom.

Charming house, rated 4 stars, with refined decor, the ideal setting for your holidays with family or friends. It is located in Sauzelle, a typical Oleron village located 3 km from Saint-Pierre, with its shops, restaurants, markets, cinema and media library. The house has been completely restored and is located 1300 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island (La Gautrelle). 50 meters away, you have a bakery, newsagent, restaurant and hairdresser.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

The small cabin is ideally located to rest at the bottom of a very quiet cul-de-sac in the Grenettes district even in the middle of summer. Just 150 meters from the coast you can enjoy the sea for shore fishing, swimming, surfing, beautiful sunsets.
