Backed by the vegetated Dune that separates it from the beach, our atypical house offers a quiet place. Far from traffic, it is close to the center of La Brée and its market. It's a great place to rest or enjoy the uncrowded beach, 300 m away via a small alley. It is most often quiet but can on some days become a popular spot for surfers. The salt marshes and oyster beds are also very close, accessible on foot or by bike.
