This new three-story private home can accommodate up to 8 guests, only one group at a time, to ensure your comfortable privacy during your stay. We have the following facilities for our home: 1.4 double bedrooms (1.4m*2m), 2 Japanese-style rooms with tatami mats + 2 Western-style rooms with wooden beds, no matter what kind of sleeping style you are used to, you can get it in this house; each bedroom is equipped with soundproof windows + blackout curtains, want to be woken up by the morning sun? Or do you want to sleep in? You can arrange it yourself; 2. 3 bathrooms and 2 wet and dry separated bathrooms, so you don't have to queue during your stay; each floor has a bathroom, and the 2nd and 3rd floors have a wet and dry separated bathroom and a washstand; 3. There is a dining room, living room and backyard on the ground floor. You can buy fresh ingredients at nearby supermarkets and cook with our kitchen equipment such as gas stove, microwave, electric oven, rice cooker, coffee maker, etc. There is a washing machine and drying area in the backyard. The nearby Kamishichiken street is one of the most picturesque of Kyoto, being the oldest flower street and just next to your homestay. Japannese teahouses are arranged on both sides of the road in an orderly manner,and often used by Geishas and Maikos.

I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.
