Cosy firehouse/bakery from 1850. The cabin has been converted into an annex/small cabin with one room with a double bed. Dining area inside. Outdoor kitchen with fridge and gas hob. Barbecue. Bathroom in the neighbouring building. The duvet and pillow are in the cabin. Bed linen must be ordered additionally for NOK 150 per person. It is a short distance to the mountains, Tinnsjøen, bike rides and hikes in the surrounding area. In summer, you can swim and fish in the river just below. The tourist municipality offers varied experiences and activities for everyone.

Idyllic spot by Lake Tinnsjøen near Rjukan

The cabin is located by Tinnsjøen lake with parking right beside it. It is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Beautiful views, plenty of sun. There is no running water in the cabin, but water tap just outside. Free wood for the wood stove. When there's frost and freezing temperatures, there's no water in the tap outside. Water must be collected from the host. Rowing boat is available for free. Fjellgrendveien 42 - Gaustablikk

Fantastic location with direct access to alpine and cross-country trails. View of Gaustatoppen (1883 m.a.s.l.) and Rjukan valley. Great hiking terrain, several fishing waters nearby, short distance to Gaustabanen to get to Gaustatoppen. Krossobanen is located at the end of Rjukandalen and here Hardangervidda starts with many great bike trails. The cabin is suitable for families who want a mountain trip with cabin comfort. It is rented to adults over 25 years of age who treat the cabin as their own. Parties are not allowed.

Fjellperlen

Large cozy vertically divided cabin with great location and high standard. The cabin is located right next to the downhill slope and right next to cross-country trails in winter. In summer there are countless hiking opportunities and if you are interested in fishing there are many good alternatives in the area. Gaustatoppen is a very popular mountain hike and is located nearby. Ski jumping at Vemork is also a possibility if you want it or if you want a swim there is a nice water park in Rjukan. http://www.visitrjukan.com/

Sunny cabin at Gaustablikk

Cozy family cabin with amazing views of Gaustatoppen and Kvitåvatn. West-facing, sunny location with ski in/ski out, close to cross-country ski trails, hiking trails and activities all year round. Centrally located in Gaustablikk, close to pub, hotel with spa, grocery store and ski rental. In summer, you can rent a bike, canoe or play a round of paddle. The cabin has 4 bedrooms, living room with open kitchen solution, bathroom with sauna and separate toilet. Parking is just outside and the road is gravel.

Charming country house with top facilities and a stunning view of lake Follsjø. It is a calm cabin area for year-round use, located only 1,5h from Oslo. From Larvik port 124 km, only 2h drive. Here you have immediate proximity to the wilderness that offers hiking, mountain biking, swimming, fishing, cross-country skiing, and Kongsberg and Gausta ski centers nearby. The cabin is newly built in 2023, luxurious, fully equipped, with WiFi included. Bedding&towels can be rented for €20 per person.

Fin stuga med utsikt över Gaustatoppen byggd 2018. Stugan ligger i det mest solrika området med sol från morgon till kväll, så länge vädret tillåter. Uteplats med grill i härlig kvällssol. Stugan är i två plan. På plan ett finns kök och vardagsrum med öppen planlösning, två sovrum och två fullutrustade badrum. Ett badrum är i direkt anslutning till ett sovrum . På övre plan finns två sovrum samt ett litet allrum med bäddsoffa och TV. Vi hoppas att ni skall trivas gott i vår stuga.

Stuga i hög standard med fantastisk utsikt över norska fjällvärden. Solrik stor altan varifrån du blickar över både Gaustatoppen och Hardangervidda. En av de hytter som ligger närmast Gaustatoppen så för att vandra går du direkt från hytten ut på fjället. Ski in/out och ca 200 meter till längdspåren och vandringsleder. Idealisk stuga för 2 familjer med två sovrum, kök, vardagsrum, hall och badrum på nedervåning och 2 sovrum, toalett och allrum (med Bäddsoffa och TV) på ovanvåningen.

Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. Other basic items are in the cabin!

Kort vei til snaufjellet, flotte turmuligheter, fiske, bading og langrenn, i tillegg til seterliv på Håvardsrud og kulturarven på Rjukan, som står på UNESCOs verdensarvliste. Gaustablikk skisenter ligger 50 km fra hytta. Hytta passer godt for familier og gjester som ønsker ro, natur, utsikt og gode opplevelser året rundt.
