Short distance to many fishing lakes and nice swimming areas. The area is known for its great skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of groomed cross-country trails, 12 lifts and 26 slopes. Shared lift card and ski bus between the lifts. Great views of Totak and the mountains. 5 min drive to the city center with shops and groomed cross-country ski trails. 10 min to ski resorts. Good WIFI. Great hiking opportunities in summer. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with family bed and 2 bedrooms with double bed). Well equipped for 7 people with all necessary equipment.

Short distance to all amenities at Gaustablikk. There has been maintenance on the building this summer, but it is finished now. Cleaning can be ordered for NOK 500

The apartment is located on the 1st floor, and has a very nice location on Norefjell just above Norefjellhytta, with ski in/ski out. In summer there are also many opportunities, including an 18-hole golf course, great hiking trails in the mountains and in the forest, fishing and swimming opportunities. Norefjell is Oslo's nearest high mountain and is located about 1.5 hours drive by car from Oslo.
