We had a lovely stay at Ingelinn's apartment. The accommodation is located outside the city center but is easily accessible via two bus lines and is less than 5 minutes walk to two supermarkets, compensating for the lack of restaurants in the neighborhood. A bus line also allows you to reach the airport without change. The apartment is cute, well decorated and quite well-equipped for cooking. Communication with our host was very smooth and fast. We will not hesitate to return during our next stay in Tromsø!

You only need to take bus 20 from the city center for about 10 minutes. There was a large grocery store nearby, so it was good to buy groceries. The host, Eirik, was kind and responsive. The place is as pictured and located in a peaceful place. If the weather in Tromsø was good during my stay, I would have been able to see the aurora nearby, but it was a pity when I left.

Our stay at this little apartment was amazing. Quiet neighbourhood but still close to the city centre with everything you need close by. Would absolutely recommend when going to Tromso for a few days!

This is a very comfortable homestay, warmly arranged rooms with all the daily necessities, and the stay experience is fantastic.The location of the B&B is good, there is a bus number 26 nearby, making it very convenient to get around.Although not in the city, but because of this, it is possible to enjoy the beautiful nature scenery and the quiet and pleasant surroundings.The host was very friendly and communicative, and was able to resolve issues in a timely manner when there was a problem, making for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.Highly recommended!

Beautiful area, the attentive host costs a little to get to the house but they went out to look for us but the house is nice and has everything and the transport is quite close and supermarkets too

Warm apartment, very clean and complete with everything you need (kitchen, bathroom, living area). Impeccable communication with the host, Tor-Andre is always very helpful and kind. I really recommend it to stay in Tromsø because it is in a strategic position, well connected with transport and surrounded by many interesting activities (restaurants, museums, etc.). Max a 10-minute walk from downtown. An additional value is the balcony overlooking the sea, which allows you to see the Aurora Boreale, on the clearest evenings. We hope to be back in the future!

Per Inge's house is in a fantastic location. there's bus stop right outside the apartment, grocery store and shops across the street / within a couple of blocks, and all tour meetup locations are within walking distance so easy for you to come back home after late night aurora tour! the place is as described, and very comfortable. we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place!

We had the best time at Merethe's apartment. It is super cozy, well equipped, and although it is a bit outside if the city, we loved the location, especially for the great views on Tromsø right out of the big windows.

We had an amazing stay here at only half an hour drive from Tromso. The appartment is located on a quiet location where you are away from the light pollution from Tromso and as such you have the chance to already spot the Northern lights from the appartment itself. The appartment also offers some additional items which you might need in the neighborhood such as head lamps, spikes and snowshoes. This has proven to be extremely useful during our stay.

Jarle's place was lovely, a very homely space and super warm which was great for a stay in Tromsdalen on winter! Jarle was very friendly and responsive to emails which put me at ease for my stay. Lovely view of the ferry's and the harbour, short walk to the cable car, Arctic Cathedral and a great view of the mountain behind the condo. It was not far to walk in to Tromsø either so a great location for all the winter activities. Really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend this great little property.

The location was perfect and the view was incredible. My luggage was delayed but being in this apartment helped me deal with that unpleasant experience much better. The apartment felt very open and airy, comfortable to lounge, always quiet and warm. There were a lot of instructions, which can seem overwhelming at first, but then everything becomes clear and easy. I was in the main bedroom and the bed was comfortable but my friend who slept in the other room didn't feel so, perhaps it's better for kids or young adults.

We just finished our stay in Tromsø. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our hosts and the home. We saw the view on the photos, but it still shocks you when you walk in. We spent many hours looking out the windows and enjoying the beautiful city. Eirik and Karina were extremely responsive and proactive with all communications. They checked in periodically to make sure we were okay. Their home is immaculate and lent itself well to our family, as described. We even saw the auroras from the balcony on a clear night. Thank you, we would come again in a heartbeat!

The views are Amazing! The house is easy to get to. We were able to see the Northern lights with a little drive farther north. Vidar was so kind in giving recommendations before we arrived. He was very prompt in his communications. There were no issues with the house. It was squeaky clean and so welcoming.

Kristin welcomed us in a great way, she was very kind and helpful , she gave us information and suggestions . We have the aurora 2 times, one of them from the balcony of the house!!!!!!

Siril was very friendly and helpful. The house was very cozy and because Christmas was also lovingly decorated. We felt very comfortable. Glad to come back.

My three friends and I had a fantastic stay at John’s cozy place. He was incredibly kind, always responsive, and a reliable host. His communication was smooth and reassuring. Beyond that, he provided great local restaurant recommendations and introduced us to local foods, showing exceptional hospitality. The apartment had plenty of beds and bathrooms, and it was spacious, comfortable, and spotless and quiet, with a great atmosphere. The location, right in the city center, made us feel like locals. It was convenient and perfect for exploring. On top of everything, when we forgot something at the apartment, he even took the time to mail it back to us. John’s kindness and attention to his guests made this an outstanding experience. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you, John, for being such a wonderful host!

The house is situated a bus trip away from town centre, with amazing view into the fjord. You can see beautiful mountains straight from your window and to get to town centre you get a bus for 10 minutes( which is the easiest way). The bus stop is two minutes away only from the house. Now, the house is amazing! In the Scandinavian minimalist style with a lot of taste. The bedrooms were cozy and the living room was amazing as well, with great views. Heidi is a sweetheart that gave us all the details on how to enter and was very responsive. I have saved her house since I want to revisit in the future with my partner. I 100% recommend this place

A beautiful family home in Tromso with a spectacular view over the fjord. We saw the Northern Lights on our first night from the balcony! Buses to the city centre and the airport are a couple of minutes walk away and are really frequent. You don’t need a car. Would recommend a trip up the mountain in the cable car. Spectacular views over Tromso and amazing aurora that filled the sky. The house was warm, spotlessly clean and welcoming. The only draw back was having only one bathroom between 6 people but that is clear from the description.

We had a great time in Tromso, we love the house. The house is spacious and was comfortable for the 8 of us. There are 2 bathrooms but only one has a shower/bathtub, so it requires a bit of organization. The beds are very comfortable, we slept like babies. The is a great location, overlooking a fjord, and walking distance to a bus stop to go to Tromso (20 minutes bus ride). The supermarket is also walking distance, and open until 23:00 every day. The lighting system is a bit strange and needs practice to understand how it works 😉. Overall, the house is clean although for that price there is room for improvement.
