Breathtaking & Magical! Spent 4 days in the Cabin and it made the trip. It is located in one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever laid my eyes on. We managed to capture the Northern lights on the balcony what an event! The hosts are super helpful with useful tips for things todo and visit in the area! Can’t wait to come again.

Very good address for visiting Tromso! The location is great, directly opposite the bus station (26Bus to the city 10 min) , Storsteinen Hausberg right in front of the door. Monika's apartment is highly recommended.

The best Airbnb we have ever been to! The view from the living room was just outstanding. Beautiful house, bright, modern, we felt instantly at home. The hosts Marius and Melinda were very helpful and friendly. Seeing the northern lights was luck, but booking this Airbnb was an even bigger one! Just one reminder: The road to the house is quite steep, so definitely bring robust foot wear in winter!

We loved our stay! This Airbnb was beautiful - such a great view of the city and mountains with those huge windows. Right near several bus stops but also a short walk into town. The host was very responsive and helpful with recommendations in town.

This Airbnb is truly the best place to stay in Tromsø! The home is incredibly comfortable and cozy, and its location is simply perfect. We were lucky enough to witness the Aurora Borealis almost every night at Telegrafbukta, just a short 2-3 minute walk away. Public transportation is also extremely convenient, with easy access to buses connecting to all major attractions. The host went above and beyond by providing an abundance of amenities and food supplies, making our stay even more special. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a group of eight, we made unforgettable memories here—ones we will cherish for a lifetime. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tromsø!

Hands down the nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed in! A beautiful, cosy and well-equipped home in a stunning location. A great base for exploring the sights of Tromsø and beyond. We were a large group of 8 people and the house accommodated us perfectly, with a second sitting room upstairs for the kids to chill out in and 5 comfortable bedrooms. We saw the northern lights from the terrace on our first evening and then in even more spectacular fashion on the big bus tour to Grunnfjord. We used the #28 bus to travel into the city centre- service was regular and comfortable and the stop is directly in front of the house. Download the Svipper app for the times and to buy tickets. We enjoyed cooking in the fabulous kitchen and watching the sunset over the mountains. The beds were so comfortable we slept like babies. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly and responsive. We really appreciated the welcome basket ❤️ We’d love to return. Thank you Thomas and Siren for a wonderful stay.

This has to be one of the best accommodations I've ever been. You'll need a car because it takes more than a hour from Tromsø. But out of the crowds it is very very peaceful and quite. Pack your foods, stay for some while with no plans. That's everything you need.

Heidi and her beautiful home provided for an amazing getaway in our search for Lady Aurora! Her home very clean and efficiently organized and offered exceptional views of the city. The house is located only a short drive from the city center, yet away from its light pollution. Our hostess was very helpful with suggestions for outings and local services. Clean and well decorated accommodation, located on the beautiful island of Sommarøy with its crystal clear waters. Possibility of walking hikes from the house. Accommodation matches the description but kitchen and a bedroom a little small for 4 adults. However on this beautiful island it is hard to find better.

We stayed only for one night in the cozy little apartment. Everything worked well, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked, it was nice and warm. The apartment is under the roof and not very large, but completely sufficient for our needs. Clear recommendation!

Roger's home is fabulous! The location is in a quiet neighborhood that is a very easy walk to the grocery store and a nice stroll to downtown. Our group of 3 couples spent our downtime around the large kitchen table enjoying the sea views and watching boats and ships cruise by. We appreciated Roger's recommendations for restaurants. We had dinner at Skarven Kro. It was wonderful. Despite the chilly weater we used both the jacuzzi and sauna.

One of the best places and locations you can stay in Tromsø. Is it quiet and peaceful. The scenery is extremely breathtaking during the whole day. I saw the northern lights at this place at most days. It is 2 minutes away from a bus station that takes you to downtown and 10 minutes walk from a supermarket. Ørjan is really responsive and is a really cool and chill guy. He helped me a lot and was really flexible. I highly recommend this place. Couldn’t ask for more.

We had an amazing time in Vengsøy! The cabin, the view, and the island were like something out of a Norwegian winter fairy tale. Maria is incredibly friendly and offered us many great tips about the area. She's very warm and welcoming. We did the hike to Hundbergtinden, and it was absolutely breathtaking – we were the only ones there! Vengsøy, the cabins, and especially Maria are highly recommended. We hope to return soon! ❄️❤️

Very nice place to stay with well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom and plenty of space. Plenty of firewood for the fireplace for cozy evenings. The hosts went above and beyond to respond to requests immediately. All in all a clear recommendation!

We had a great stay. The communication with Ronald was very good and uncomplicated. He‘s a very good host. Even in winter you can drive to the cabin. With a 4x4 car it’s really easy and the ferry station Svensby is very close, only a few minutes away. You have lots of possibilities for hikes or day trips in this area. The Lyngen Alps are wonderful - in summer and winter. The view from the cabin is wonderful too.

We would give 6 out of 5 stars if that were possible! Eva and Inge’s cabin is truly special, furnished with so much love and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to escape the stress of everyday life, this cabin is the perfect spot! The hosts, Eva and Inge, were always available and incredibly helpful. Highly, highly recommended!

The chalet is beautiful; the comfortable armchairs in front of the glass windows facing the fjord make you want to spend the day contemplating nature. Peace and quiet and the non-existent neighborhood are an asset for anyone who wants to be quiet for a few days

We stayed 1 week with the family at Trond Petters place in March 2025. The house is fully equipped and everything is there what you need. We have rented the snowshoes and made a very nice trail directly starting behind the house. After cold winter days the sauna was very nice and relaxing. Nearby there are enough activities like dogsledding or cross country skiing or just skiing. The cafe at the ferry is absolute recommendable, very good coffee and muffins. We have enjoyed it and can recommend it to everyone who loves country side
