Rent my three-room apartment located on Klevenudden in Smögen! The apartment is a new production that was completed in the summer of 2018, with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with sea view. From the apartment, you have a swimming area a stone's throw away and about 10 minutes' walk to the Smögen pier. Parking space is available in the garage under the property with an elevator up to the apartment. When renting, you need to bring your own bed linens and towels. Smoking and parties are not allowed and cleaning is done by the guest at checkout. Age limit 25

Newly renovated house, near village and bathing

Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Stor ljus nyrenoverad lägenhet på 80 kvm med havsutsikt från alla rum. Stor balkong med soffa och matplats med havsutsikt. Endast ca 75 m från havet och Fisketångens populära badplats som har en kiosk och krabbmetar brygga. Vårt hus ligger på en lugn gata och det är ca 1,5 km ner till Kungshamns centrum där båtar går till både Smögen och Hållö. Det finns många fina platser i omgivningarna inom promenadavstånd. Välkomna till detta soliga och havsnära samt familjevänliga boende i Kungshamn! Här bor ni härligt 10+ Vill du njuta av allt som kusten har att erbjuda men ändå inte bo mitt i smeten? Då har du kommit rätt! Här vaknar man upp i fridfull miljö med morgondoppet i havet endast ca 600 meter bort eller i den uppvärmda poolen. In till centrum tar man sig enkelt där finner man ett utbud av caféer, restauranger, butiker, matvaruhandel och övrig service såsom apotek, blomsterhandel och frisör.

Lovely large house with the best location in Smögen!

Perfect quiet location at Hotel Smögens Havsbad with walking distance to the best swimming cliffs and to the jetty. The whole house is generous and fresh and has a good standard, but with a summer feeling and charm rather than luxury and design. Bedroom + bathroom on floors 1 and 3, common areas on floor 2. Perfect for a large family or several families who want to share a house during the holiday. We only want to see families as guests.

Can you translate this into Swedish? Modern appartment located on Smögen with all necessary amenities as well as a fantastic view and close access to bathing areas. 2 People will live here comfortably but up to 4 people can stay here using my sofa bed.
