The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.

Super cozy living room with large tiled stove. Large corner bench for a cozy evening. Double bed and pull-out couch if needed. No TV, but free Wi-Fi. NEW: small fridge, stove with two hotplates and the possibility to prepare coffee/tea, microwave. Upon arrival, it is possible to obtain a guest card for discounted admission to the swimming pool, etc.

Very nice, quiet, stylish & brand new apartment has a terrace, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet and ski room! Hikes to the mountains can be started right outside the door! Mountain and nature lovers are very welcome in Oberaudorf! The Hocheck mountain railway is located opposite!
