Our HOLIDAY APARTMENT MAK is located in Neustift in the Ausserrain district, in a quiet and sunny location with a wonderful view of the mountains. We are in the middle of the valley and have an ideal starting point for many hikes and mountain tours and to the ski areas in the Stubai. I am a connoisseur of our homeland. I am happy to give my guests information on leisurely hikes to many summit tours, skiing, ski tours or snowshoeing, cycling, mountain biking or beautiful excursion destinations.

The property is located in the center of Fulpmes - just a 3-minute drive to the Schlick 2000 valley station. The location of the accommodation is an excellent central starting point for different destinations and activities in the Stubai Valley. The center of the city of Innsbruck is about 18 km from Fulpmes. As a mountain enthusiast from Stubai, we are delighted to give you tips and recommendations for planning your leisure activities and thus enable a vacation according to your ideas.

Quiet location, bus stop and supermarket 5 minutes downhill on foot, to Lake Kampl with refreshments 10 minutes. free parking in front of the house. I also rent a room with bathroom and private access on the first floor, which can be combined with it. Prices INCLUDE local tax €4.80 per night per person.

Due to this exposed hillside location, the sun pampers you from morning to evening in the summer months and, combined with a gentle breeze, ensures a cosy temperature. A trip to Innsbruck is made easy by the good bus connections (bus stop 200 metres away)

Everything Comfort apartment, No premium card is included in this apartment price Tourist tax is charged on site €3.50 per person per night in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Saturday. You can view the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.

Enjoy the Stubai Valley with its natural attractions, sights and leisure activities in summer as well as in winter. The Schlickerbach crosses Fulpmes from north to south and passes our house in the center with a soothing sound. We offer a quiet and sunny location in the center of Fulpmes: train station, bus, local amenities, cafes, restaurants, etc., all within walking distance.

The apartment offers 35 sqm in a sunny location with sun terrace, which can be used to relax. The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the Axamer Lizum ski area and a 20-minute drive to Innsbruck. Since there is no supermarket, it is best to stop at the supermarket "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen).
