Rislägden in Åre municipality is a paradise in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the campfire, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is right outside the living room window, with the possibility of fishing. Hunting grounds in the hills and mountains around. Amazing views of the lake and Åreskutan. 12 km to Järpen city center. Possibility for cross-country skiing in the illuminated track, swimming pool and Curling hall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its slalom slopes.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside with no neighbors, except the dwelling house. Close to the mountain world, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour by car to magical mountain world summer and winter, about 25 minutes by car to central Östersund with a large selection of restaurants and other pleasures. There is a large sauna in the yard in a separate building, which can be used for a fee. Animals are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

The apartment is separate with its own entrance. The furniture includes a sofa bed, small table and two chairs, kitchenware, and a small sink and refrigerator. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.
