Welcome to our newly renovated and family-friendly summer cottage on our farm in Offerdal. Here, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay close to nature, with mountains, forests and lakes nearby – perfect for both relaxation and excursions. On the property, there are cows, a horse and a cat, which are generally appreciated by both children and adults. In summer, there are cosy cafés within walking or cycling distance, as well as lovely swimming spots, fishing waters and forests rich in berries and mushrooms. Duvets and pillows are available. Guests can bring their own bedding or rent it for AUD 60 per set.

In the summer, you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty just near the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Proximity to excellent fishing waters, mountains, berry and mushroom forests. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, there is a grocery store that is praised for its nice service and selection. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside with no neighbors, except the dwelling house. Close to the mountain world, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour by car to magical mountain world summer and winter, about 25 minutes by car to central Östersund with a large selection of restaurants and other pleasures. There is a large sauna in the courtyard in a separate building, which can be borrowed for a fee. Pets allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

Come and live in an own appartment in a house from the 19th century. It has one bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and own entrance. We have beds for 4 persons but extrabeds can be provided. It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
