In summer, there is access to a rowboat for fishing in Storsjön, in autumn, close to the forest, berries, mushrooms & in winter, there is the possibility for winter fishing & skiing on Storsjön's ice. Shed with bed available.

Perfect for the family, friends or a relaxing weekend just the two of you in front of the fireplace and the nice view. Ski in, ski out for cross-country skis - where the cabin's sauna awaits after the end of the ride. A stone's throw from the cabin is a nice disc golf course, exercise track and excursion destination. 35 km to Åre, 32 km to Trillevallen, 50 km to Bydalen. Grocery store (Ica), gas station (OKQ8), café are located in the village of Mörsil.

Paradise at Kallsjöen

Rislägden in Åre municipality is a paradise in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the campfire, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is right outside the living room window, with the possibility of fishing. Hunting grounds in the hills and mountains around. Amazing views of the lake and Åreskutan. 12 km to Järpen city center. Possibility for cross-country skiing in the illuminated track, swimming pool and Curling hall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its slalom slopes.

Östran

Perfect for relaxation, fishing and nature. Own boat included, the water is known for good fishing. Completely secluded location without neighbors, but only 25 minutes from Åre. Cozy and rustic cottage with the lake as your closest neighbor – ideal for those who want to disconnect and enjoy the silence. With a chemical toilet, no running water. There is a large jug of water. The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen. Smart and efficiently planned space. In the house, there is a wood stove and wood. Sleeping loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Gårdsstugan in Offerdal

Välkommen till vår nyrenoverade och familjevänliga sommarstuga på vår lantgård i Offerdal. Här bor du lugnt och naturnära med fjäll, skog och sjöar i närheten – perfekt för både avkoppling och utflykter. På gården finns kor, häst och katt, vilket brukar uppskattas av både barn och vuxna. Sommartid finns mysiga caféer inom gång- eller cykelavstånd samt fina badplatser, fiskevatten och skogar rika på bär och svamp. Täcken och kuddar finns. Sängkläder tas med eller kan hyras för 60 kr/set.

There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

In the middle of beautiful Jämtland, you will find this cozy cottage in a beautiful landscape. This cottage of about 50 sqm has what you can wish for and need for a vacation or relaxation. Light a fire in the lovely stove and play a fun game. The surroundings offer skiing both downhill and cross-country, hiking and snowmobiling. Only 5 km away, you will find Almåsa and Änge cross-country trails. Several different hiking trails with wonderful views and bird towers are nearby.

Many who have stayed with us point out the calm/quiet. We also have a babbling brook that runs next to the cottage that creates a soothing sound that our guests have pointed out and enjoy. Wi-Fi is available in the cabin. The cottage is located on our house property with a nice location, a 15-minute drive from Östersund. The cottage has 2 single beds (see photos) and a sofa bed. Private kitchen, shower/toilet. Underfloor heating. Parking in our driveway.
