On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Perfekt för avkoppling, fiske och natur. Båt finns att hyra, vattnet är känt för bra fiske. Helt avskilt läge utan grannar, men bara 25 min från Åre. Mysig och rustik stuga med sjön som närmsta granne – idealisk för dig som vill koppla bort och njuta av tystnaden. Med förbrännings toalett, ej rinnande vatten. Så är en stor dunk med vatten. Tvätta sig i sjön. Vill man ha en varm dusch finns de tillgång till de uppe på gården vid överenskommen tid. 🧹 Städning ingår inte 🐕 250kr 🚭

Cottage with simpler standard perfect for fishing in the river Långan. Fishing prohibited: 1 sept-31 okt och 15 april-31 maj In the main room there is a fireplace, a dining table and four beds. In the kitchenette there is a gas stove with two burners and simple kitchen equipment for four people. Outhouse in a separate storage house. The cottage is located downstream of Lillforsen in Långan on the west side of the river a couple of hundred meters from the road.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende i Västerkälen utanför Krokom. Huset ligger ute på landet utan grannar, förutom boningshuset. Nära till fjällvärlden, fiske och bärplockning. Ca 1 timme med bil till magisk fjällvärld sommar som vinter, ca 25 min med bil till centrala Östersund med ett stort utbud av restauranger och andra nöjen. Stor bastu finns på gården i en separat byggnad, lånas mot en avgift. Djur tillåtet, dock inte katt pga allergi.
