The outdoor area has a play stand and trampoline. Gas grill and 2 seating areas, as well as sunbeds around the pool area

Only approx. 20 min. from Kristiansand city centre with cinema, theatre, swimming pool and good shopping/restaurants. Great hiking trails. Beach volleyball and soccer opportunities. Very good conditions for fishing, swimming and boating activities. Pub with all rights, kiosk, street kitchen and grocery store in place.

We rent out our brand new holiday apartment at Årossanden. Here there is a short distance to idyllic swimming areas and a year-round indoor swimming pool. The apartment is located at Åros holiday center, centrally located with a short distance to swimming areas, Kristiansand city center, and the zoo. Make some memories with family and friends at this unique and family-friendly place. Check-in after 6 pm, but feel free to ask if you can check in earlier.

Sjarmerende leilighet til leie i en rolig og vakker oase i hjertet av Grimstad. Leiligheten har åpen kjøkkenløsning, en sovealkove med dobbeltseng og en dobbel sovesofa i stuen. Tilgang til privat innendørs svømmebasseng. Parkering i parkeringshus tvers over gaten. Leiligheten har vært utleid tidligere gjennom annen bruker på Airbnb. Hot tub and swimming pool (May-September) Several seats outside and dining area right by the river edge. Several sup boards available and good swimming spots. Several spaces with fire pits available. Evje city center is 350 meters away. You are sheltered and feel the space is rural and for yourself.
