Monthly Rentals in Kolonaki, Athens

Location is great. The house is very clean and airy. Have stayed a few time there and is it always very good experience.

We had a wonderful airbnb experience at Lia's house. The house was cozy and clean, and we had all we needed. The house smelled so clean all the time and the bed was comfortable. Lia and her son were very kind, answering all our questions very kindly. There was a bag of presents, and the apricot jam was delicious. The house is located in a very central but at the same time quiet and safe district of Athens. You can have your drinks on the balcony. There are nice restaurants, cafes, shops, relaxing parks, and a jazz bar nearby. The Gennadius Library is also very close. If you prefer the coziness of a clean house to a hotel room, this is the perfect place.

I stayed at Anna’s place for a month and had a wonderful experience: the apartment is comfortable, quiet, and fantastically located in Kolonaki – next to the American and British schools, a 5-minute walk from the metro, at the foot of the beautiful Lycabettos, and close to the National Gallery. Most importantly, Anna is a thoughtful, welcoming host: I was blown away by her kindness and attention to detail. I'd highly recommend this listing, and would certainly stay here again!!
