Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Welcomed on arrival and shown around apartment. Ideal for 2 couples each with own access. Perfectly located for popular tourist attractions, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The view of the lighted Acropolis from the rooftop at night created the perfect end to each evening. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment has all the necessities. It is in the immediate vicinity of a small peaceful quiet area where there are many restaurants. The apartment is quiet, the terrace is ideally exposed to the sun all day, the building is very secure. Host is responsive. Recommended.

Great communication with host, very central location, easy to navigate Athens

This spot is nothing short of Unique! The host was so kind and very responsive. We loved the accessibility to local restaurants and bars. We were able to get and Uber very quickly if we needed. The rooms were great and spacious. The pool was definitely a unique touch. I’d be mindful of the shower situation though, no shower curtain in the claw foot tub and the shower curtain in the downstairs shower didn’t prevent the water from going in the bathroom. Other than the showers the stay was incredible and so fun with a group of friends. I recommend if you want a unique stay in the arts area of Athens

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Cozy apartment, great balcony. Everything you need is available. Good shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The communication was extremely good and fast and above all friendly. All wishes were fulfilled. All instructions and information were helpful.

Spent 7 days the location was amazing. Had family dinner on rooftop. Definitely recommend staying here. Will be back.

Great place great host

The apartment was very clean, the beds super comfortable. We walked nearly everywhere we needed to go. The instructions were very clear on getting into the apartment and also for leaving. The cleanliness of an Air BNB is super important to me and this one didn’t disappoint.

Angeliki's apartment reflects the personality of the owner. Colourful, creative and with lots of plants. You can immediately tell that the owner is an artist and a lover of nature and cats. The interior is very faithful to the photos. Perhaps a little dated and with the charm of a bohemian attic. Finally, an apartment with personality and not like dozens of other anonymous Airbnbs! The terrace exceeds all expectations. It enjoys a breathtaking view of the city: from the Acropolis to the hill of Lycabettus and up to the sea. Angeliki was always very kind and helpful and her advice on coffee and restaurants proved very useful. There is no air conditioning in the house, but there are powerful fans and ceiling fans. However, in May I did not suffer from the heat in any particular way. I also appreciated the location of the apartment, which is not right in the centre of the nightlife of Exarchia, slightly secluded but at the same time close to everything.

The room was very clean and thoughtfully designed. It’s in a fantastic location, just minutes from all the major sites in Athens. There are a few minor drawbacks: 1. The water heater turns off automatically, so you need to wake up early and turn it on about 30 minutes before showering. 2. The door to the room locks automatically when you leave. If you forget your keys inside, you’ll be locked out. This is made worse by the fact that the building’s main doors also require a key to exit, and the hallway has no temperature control, so you'll end up stuck without heat or A/C until someone helps. 3. The room door can’t be unlocked from the inside if someone locks it from the hallway. This didn’t affect us, but it’s an unusual design feature. We forgot our keys once and got locked out, but the host responded quickly and arrived with a spare key within an hour. Overall, despite a few quirks in the room and building design, this is a clean, stylish place in an unbeatable location.

Amazing location and the flats atmosphere 😊 we were provided with a baby cot , high chair, toys for our little one and even his own cutlery set , baby friendly plates which was a beautiful touch !! The park is just 5 minutes walk and we really enjoyed the playground and central location 🙏🙏

Great spot in a nice neighborhood. Maria was flexible with checkin also which was amazing because our flight arrived very early in the morning.

Lovely apartment suitable for a couple of guests in a great neighbourhood, yet amply distant from the busy roads nearby. Beautiful balcony with great views of all the sights nearby.
