The Ground floor of the house consists of the living room, an open plan kitchen and a W.C. Right outside, there is the patio with comfortable sitting and also a rather unique feature: an outside bar. Here, along with your drink, you can enjoy great views of the surrounding city and the neighboring hill of Lycabettus. The First floor consists of a spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed. A wooden staircase leads upstairs to the attic, where a single bed can accommodate one guest. There is visual contact between the attic and the master bedroom.
