It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Enclosed garden, covered terrace with gas barbecue. The area has great opportunities for walking and cycling. By car, there is easy access to Mols Bjerge, Ebeltoft, Aarhus and Djursland. Bring your own firewood. Please enquire about an allergy-friendly dog.

Only 350 yards walk to a beautiful hiking trail in the forest on the edge of the slope to the sea. Furnished with cozy furniture, flea market finds and new mixed. NOTE! The house is located in a hilly terrain with lots of trees and "wild on purpose." There is peace! You will find the house bright, romantic and cozy, located on a large natural plot of 1400 m2. The house is older, small, but well decorated. There are 2 bedrooms in the house and an annex. On the property, there is a fireplace and a trampoline and swings. An exciting cabin in one of the treetops may also tempt you to play and have fun. To the south, there is a large covered wooden terrace, so you can always sit in shelter and shelter.

The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

You can rent this small cozy cottage for your and your family's vacation. The house is 48 m2, it was built in 2018, contains a living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with washing machine and dryer. In connection with the large terrace, there is a nice annex with 3/4 beds. You must bring your own linen, towels, etc.

Huset ligger rigtigt fint på grunden med en fantastisk dejlig udsigt ud over årstidernes gang i Mols Bjerge. Der er et stort køkken/alrum og opholdsrum med brændeovn, badeværelse og tre pæne værelser med køje eller dobbeltsenge. Der er en stor terrasse mod syd og vest rundt om huset.
