The Ocean House

Come and enjoy Molsbjerge and the unique location in Knebel, overlooking the sunset and enjoying the sun in the courtyard. The plot is surrounded by untouched fields with cattle. And just a short walk along the gravel path to the sea. The house is located on the property where we live, with its own small terrace overlooking the sea and nature. On the property there are chickens, cats and a couple of ducks that move freely. The house is fine for 2 people but can accommodate 3. If you are a couple with a child, the home can also accommodate this. The house is a mini house ❤️

From the cozy bright glass bay window in the living room, there is a sea view and a view over the courtyard towards the viewpoint Peter Dolmens hill, the region's highest point Kalesbakke and Blushøjgård's apple orchard.

Enjoy the tranquility and coziness of our charming, modernized house from 1966, filled with green plants and a lovely atmosphere. Beautiful garden with pool and orangery, and 250 meters from the front door you can swim or walk on a lovely beach with the longest bathing pier in the Aarhus Bay. The house has two good bedrooms with a total of three beds in 120, 140 and 180 cm width. The kitchen and bathroom are nice and functional without being new and fancy, and there is what you need to feel at home during your stay.

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Newly renovated in all wood material and natural colors creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.

Fra lejligheden kan I nyde den dejlige natur og I er velkommen til at bruge bålteltet, legetårn med rutchebane, gynger i træerne og der kan være mulighed for at låne weber-grill og TV. Close to everything, including the sea, the forest and the awesome flea and grocery market at Ingerslevs Boulevard. The neighborhood is full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and small independent shops. You can enjoy your morning coffee in the closed backyard or you can choose one of many cafés in the area. 14 minutes walk to the central train station. >1 minute walk to Harald Jensens Plads bus junction, from where you can travel everywhere.
