Our restored, half-timbered house in the village centre of Christinenfeld is only four kilometres away from the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. The cozy apartment Dorfstraße 8 has a wooden floor, south-facing terrace and garden access. A separate outbuilding features table tennis and table football. The Klützer Winkel region offers white beaches, wild cliffs and a wide, hilly landscape with sea views. Wismar and Lübeck with their famous old towns (both UNESCO World Heritage Sites) are close.

This lovingly furnished apartment in the country house style is part of the former village school of Welzin. The building has been here for over 100 years, far away from media and city noise. If you just want to "get out" and do without the TV, you will find the best starting point for a great Baltic Sea vacation here. Sunbathing on the Baltic Sea, fishing, cycling, kitesurfing and much more. 3 Baltic Sea beaches alone can be reached in 15 minutes. A fireplace ensures a cozy indoor climate.

The bungalow is in a quiet location - it is only about 850 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our vacation home (built around 1900, renovated in 2013) contains 2 apartments. We rent the apartment on the second floor as a spacious apartment with a total of 8 sleeping places. The lower apartment is used by us on weekends or during vacations. Our apartment is individually and tastefully furnished in the Scandinavian style and fully equipped. Our house is particularly suitable for families with children who want to vacation near the Baltic Sea.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Haus Ahlma - A1

Haus Ahlma is centrally located in Boltenhagen, only about 350 meters from the beach and 450 meters from the spa park. Close to shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and a pharmacy. The house is divided into two halves (A- and M-side). Each half has a separate entrance, through which you can reach an apartment on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. A parking space is available for each apartment right by the house.
