A super nice, clean, modern, lovingly decorated and special address. We were only there for a short time - but we will be back again very soon. Here is a place for rest and relax in an insanely extravagant, cozy location. The most exciting is the window in the floor - in the night the fish and crabs to watch is more exciting than television, the sunset on the upper deck and the wind-protected lower terrace invite you - actually we never wanted to go home. 😊

Great houseboat experience☺️

Wonderful place to take a little break! The boat bosses is very cozy and quite spacious for a boat. We were particularly enthusiastic about the roof terrace, which we used extensively despite cooler temperatures (thanks to the beach chair). If you don't have a car, it's a bit tedious to get to some places on the island. However, there is the possibility to borrow bikes in Burg (about 30 min walk), with which you can easily reach all places.

My family and I had such a great time on the houseboat!! We felt very comfortable right from the start and will definitely come back… It is definitely a very special experience!!!!!!

It was simply wonderful on board the Sealoft 3. We enjoyed the tranquility right on the water. The houseboat is lovingly furnished. What we particularly liked was that the "little" things were also thought of. For example, garbage bags and dishwasher tabs were available. The laundry package was included. And Natalia was always available on site. In less than 5 minutes, you'll be on the beach. From the small terrace (covered) we enjoyed the view of the sailboats, water birds and nature. And the nature trail is right behind the boat. Ideal for walking our dog. For dining: We can recommend the Großenbrode restaurant. Very tasty - but you walk about 3 kilometres. The "Hafenblick" directly at the harbour is unfortunately very disappointing. Top location, but food and drinks a disaster. We can definitely recommend the Sealoft. Everything was exactly as we imagined it. Thank you!

The Antje Frieda was a great home for us during the Easter holidays - sparkling clean, check-in by the commissioned company friendly and on point, everything just wonderful. Communication with Oliver was great - responses within minutes and very helpful. Unrestricted recommendation!

We lived on a houseboat for the first time and we loved it! The houseboat is modernly decorated and very clean. The view was really unique, the TV is well meant - but in this kind of accommodation rather superfluous, as we city children only looked out the window and were happy about the boats :-) The surroundings are really beautiful and everything is also easy to reach on foot. The hosts helped us with questions right away and were really very accommodating! Thank you for an unforgettable time at the Baltic Sea! :-)

Dear Sonja, dear Nils, it was just wonderful, very relaxed and a super nice place to feel really comfortable on his vacation. My dad (84) and aunt (88) were overwhelmed by the houseboat and beautiful location. It's one for me: " Place to be" which I love to come back - just beautiful - starting from the location to the lovingly very tastefully coordinated furnishings and layout of the houseboat. The communication with Sonja was great and also the check-in, fast and very good and I also met the brother there. Ms. Meyer, from check in is very friendly and explained everything well and is very helpful. Thank you very much for allowing us to be your guests, best regards... Anja

We spent wonderful days on the noble houseboat! It is fantastically beautiful and quiet, is perfectly equipped and just allows "vacation and relaxation". Absolute well-being from the beginning! We will be happy to come back!

Living in the floating cottage was a special experience. The location is great, as everything is within walking distance. Due to the proximity of the other boats, it was not always quiet but it did not bother us. The cottage is totally new and tastefully decorated, nothing is missing. If we hadn't been football EM, we wouldn't have complained about the unstable internet TV either. Who needs TV when you can watch jellyfish, gulls and ducks from the covered outdoor seating area? Nice war, always happy to come back!

The houseboat is a great place to stay and the communication also went very well and very friendly. Although the houseboat occasionally sways quite a bit, seasickness was not an issue. The view of the lake, the furnishings, the sauna - everything really great and an absolute recommendation!

If you spontaneously search for a holiday apartment around Fehmarn for five people and decide on a houseboat, you are completely in the right place. For my family with three children, the houseboat was the perfect accommodation for just under a week. For a quiet few days away, a houseboat in a harbor is the perfect location. There is so much to see for children: For the little and big boys boats and technology : ) for the girls duck families, swans, swallow seagulls and much more. For vacation days around Fehmarn, Großenbrode is also a good starting point. This way you can reach the island in just a few minutes via the Fehmarnsund Bridge. But the south and west beach of Großenbrode can also be seen. I could write here forever... Just makemy tip PS: Many thanks to Ms. Olga Kaul from Huus & Sea for the excellent care

Very nice houseboat, very nice view, good amenities and excellent layout. Location is not optimal, especially with regard to the exclusive price.

We enjoyed the houseboat very much! It was clean and very fashionably furnished. We felt right at home! However, it was not that easy to find as there were no numbers. For 4 people, it's just okay, from the square if you only stay there for a long weekend. Anything about it would be too small. There is not much storage space and little hooks to hang things. Nevertheless, we would like to go there again, but in the summer, because the roof terrace is really very cool.

Great place and super lovingly furnished. The mooring is right at the front of the dock, right on the waterfront. The equipment is like great, fireplace, kitchen, small terrace, great. The marina is in the industrial area, so weekdays, during the day, from time to time. Gladly come back.

We had a wonderful stay on the houseboat. Surroundings is beautiful and proximity to Heiligenhafen and Fehmarn is great.
