At the beginning of 2025, we took it over and since then we have been transforming five apartments into stylish retreats with a lot of love – three are already finished. Up to 4 people can feel at home in the comfortably furnished 2-room vacation apartment on the 2nd floor. The first living level offers an open-plan kitchen with dining area, a guest room with two single beds, a wardrobe and TV, and a bathroom with shower and toilet with a washing machine. The second floor offers you a large open space with a comfortable living area with a TV on the left half of the room and a cozy sleeping area on the right half of the room. Wifi is available.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

"Goldmädchen - Honeymoon Suite" A luxury-class beach villa welcomes you on the first sea line. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was faithfully renovated in 2021. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Tiny house on the Baltic Sea

Mobile tiny house made of wood with 8 cm of sheep's wool insulation (biocide-free!). The interior is lovingly finished with plenty of plant-oiled wood for a healthy indoor climate and harmonious light. It features untreated larch wood panelling, five large windows that open outwards, running water, multimedia, a loft bed with good mattresses (2x90x200 cm) and slatted frames, a small refrigerator and stone slab heating with room temperature control.

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

Haus Ahlma - A1

Haus Ahlma is centrally located in Boltenhagen, only about 350 meters from the beach and 450 meters from the spa park. Close to shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and a pharmacy. The house is divided into two halves (A- and M-side). Each half has a separate entrance, through which you can reach an apartment on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. A parking space is available for each apartment right by the house.
