Our holiday apartment is close to the centre (about 15 minutes' walk to the train station) and yet in a quiet location. It is the perfect starting point for many activities. In a few minutes, you can walk to the swimming pool (summer), the sports centre, the ice rink (winter), the tennis court, the playground, the Zwergenweg, a small supermarket, and the bus stop is just around the corner. (5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station). The cross-country ski trail runs directly behind the house.

Wander- und Bikewege sowie die Skipiste gleich neben dem Haus, falls genug Schnee und die Piste präpariert ist. Der Bahnhof Davos-Laret und er Schwarzsee ist in nur 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wood style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home away from home. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. The large balcony, as well as the chill-out barbecue garden, which is for your exclusive use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
