The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. Wander- und Bikewege sowie die Skipiste gleich neben dem Haus, falls genug Schnee und die Piste präpariert ist. Der Bahnhof Davos-Laret und er Schwarzsee ist in nur 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Badi (Sommer), Eisfeld (Winter), dem Sportzentrum mit Tennisplatz, Spielplatz, Zwergenweg, einem kleinen Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. (5 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof und der Talstation Gotschnabahn). Die Langlauf-Loipe ist direkt hinter dem Haus.
