Cozy gazebo and two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pasture. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and herbs. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 meters from the house. If you like old houses with preserved details, then welcome to Bergåsa! The large house consists of three apartments. You have your own private entrance and garden. WiFi and Chromecast are available. I live in one barn and my sister in the other. So there may be a little life and movement, but we are kind and simple. A cat may come to visit. Close to Kivik, and the beach (walking distance) about 15 minutes. Stenshuvud National Park, Svabesholm and Kivik Art Center a few kilometers away. Welcome! Nina

Welcome to our spacious apartment of about 80 sqm on the lower floor of a basement house in charming Kivik. Here you live comfortably with proximity to nature, harbor, restaurants, downtown and the beautiful sandy beach – all within a 5–20-minute walk. In 3 minutes on foot you will find a green area with pine and deciduous forest. Here, nature and quiet paths await, leading to apple orchards, wine fields with Vinbaren 2:9, and the Marketplace – A wonderful combination of nature and local experiences.

Welcome to Bästekille, a charming village about 3 km from Kivik. Here you wake up among apple orchards and grazing cows. In the surroundings, you will find a fantastic bakery in southern Mellby. You can swim in Kivik or in beautiful Vitemölla. On the other side of the road, there is a farm shop with eggs, potatoes and vegetables according to the season, all certified. Open 24 hours. For those interested in art, the art gallery Fabriken is located in our village Bästekille.

Nybyggt (hösten 2023) ljust och luftigt ekohus på 30 kvm mitt i Ravlunda. Allrum med högt i tak. Sovrum med två bäddar. Loft med två bäddar. Badrum med dusch. Runt huset är det inhägnat med staket. Här finns plats för både lek och pauser i solen. Nytt för 2025 är att vi byggt ett entrétak. Vi står för sänglinne, badrumsfrotté samt ett mindre bassortiment i skafferiet. Du får även nybakat bröd under lokala surdegsbageriets öppetdagar.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

You're in a rural idyll. Nearby, there are wonderful excursion destinations such as swimming beaches, hiking trails, flea markets and a variety of cozy cafés and restaurants.
