Enjoy lovely walks along the sea and in the beautiful surroundings. It is only a short drive to golf, flea/antique market, Stenshuvud National Park, etc. Kitchenette for simple cooking Small patio in the southwest with barbecue grill. Private entrance. Private parking. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included. No smoking, no infants/toddlers, no pets.

This must be experienced on site. Sea view with beautiful sunsets. Fully furnished house. Master bedroom with a comfortable 180 cm bed from Kungsängen. 2 bedrooms upstairs with 160 cm double bed in each room. And a sofa bed in the studio. In the studio, there is also a sauna and toilet/shower. Only 800 meters away is Kivik harbor.

Cozy gazebo and two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pasture. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and herbs. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 meters from the house. Välkomna till vårt gästhus som vi kallar Brygghuset eftersom det låg just ett ett rött brygghus där på platsen innan vi byggde huset 2022. Det ligger lite enskilt i en stor lummig trädgård tillhörande Villa Solbacken, vår permanentbostad i Skogsdala, Kivik. Från huset är det gångavstånd till Kiviks hamn, strand och restauranger. Viktigt att notera är att huset har en brant trappa till loftet och inga grindar, alltså inte barnsäkert. I vårt boende städar gästerna själva och har med egna lakan

Guesthouse in beautiful Ravlunda outside Kivik

Newly built (autumn 2023) bright and airy eco-house of 30 sqm in the middle of Ravlunda. Living room with high ceilings. Bedroom with two beds. Loft with two beds. Bathroom with shower. Around the house it's gated with fences. There is room for both play and breaks in the sun. New for 2025 is that we built an entrance roof. We provide bed linen, bathroom towels and a smaller basic assortment in the pantry. You can also get freshly baked bread during the local sourdough bakery's open days.

Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Tycker ni om gamla hus med bevarade detaljer,så välkomna till Bergåsa! Det finns två lägenheter som hyrs ut samt liten stuga. Se min profil Ni har egen ingång och trädgård. wifi och cromecast finns. Jag bor i ena ladan och min syster i den andra. Så det kan vara lite liv och rörelse,men vi är snälla och enkla. Det kan komma en katt på besök. Nära till Kivik ,och stranden (gångavstånd) ca 15 minuter. Stenshuvud nationalpark, Svabesholm och kivik artcenter ngn kilometer bort. välkomna! Nina

Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.
