If you like old houses with preserved details, then welcome to Bergåsa! There are two apartments for rent and a small cottage. See my profile You have your own private entrance and garden. Wi-Fi and Chromecast are available. I live in one barn and my sister in the other. So there can be a bit of hustle and bustle, but we are nice and easygoing. A cat may come for a visit. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. In scenic Kivik, you will find this unique accommodation. There, the city studio architect firm has created a unique village in Kivik. This must be experienced on site. Sea view with beautiful sunsets. Fully furnished house. Master bedroom with a comfortable 180 cm bed from Kungsängen. 2 bedrooms upstairs with 160 cm double bed in each room. And a sofa bed in the studio. In the studio, there is also a sauna and toilet/shower. Only 800 meters away is Kivik harbor.

Newly built (autumn 2023) bright and airy eco-house of 30 sqm in the middle of Ravlunda. Living room with high ceilings. Bedroom with two beds. Loft with two beds. Bathroom with shower. Around the house it's gated with fences. There is room for both play and breaks in the sun. New for 2025 is that we built an entrance roof. We provide bed linen, bathroom towels and a smaller basic assortment in the pantry. You can also get freshly baked bread during the local sourdough bakery's open days.

In the best location overlooking the ocean and Kivik's fine buildings. It has everything you need for a restful vacation. Large living room, dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, guest toilet and kitchen. Proximity to restaurants, beach, fish shop and grocery store. Large wooden deck with dining table and sun-loungers! Some of the house is completely newly renovated with bedroom, bathroom and private exit to terrace. The kitchen will be renovated in February/March 2026.

Stengatan Kivik - next to the sea

Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.
