Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kitzingen

We stayed a couple of nights at Hedwig’s place and were very happy with the accommodation and the beautiful location couldn’t have been more private and peaceful. Hedwig met us for check in and although we couldn’t speak the same language we got a thorough tour and knew exactly where things were. Hedwig’s husband bought us some bread for the kids to feed the deer which was so lovely. Hedwig recommended a restaurant up the road so we gave that a go and it was delicious. Messages were always responded to very quickly and we were very happy. The beds were comfy too!

We had a lovely Easter getaway at the great accommodation of Ronny and Jasmin'e. The huge, lovingly designed garden was perfect for Easter animal hunting! :-) Our children particularly liked the small climbing park nearby. Overall: Absolutely recommend!

Wonderful stay! Home had everything we needed plus more. Highly recommend and will be back on our trip to Germany.

The house conforms to the description in every respect. It's very nice, very comfortable, very quiet while being close to all amenities. We enjoyed the barbecue, heated pool, sauna and beautiful garden (and the singing of the many birds!)

super apartment with garden! plenty of space, everything you need for a successful holiday! various local beers and wines (optional) to distort, already cooled on arrival! for young and old, there are numerous possibilities for activities in the surrounding area. we enjoyed that we could also start our hikes directly from the apartment! we highly recommend the apartment and would love to come back!

The house is a sunny, modern and very well-equipped accommodation. The interior was very clean, well maintained and cozy. Communication with the host was friendly, fast and always to the point. A clear recommendation, we will be happy to come back if we get the chance.

This mini cottage was just perfect, everything there, sparkling clean and sooo cute! It was great for me. Opposite is a factory, but you don't notice it in the cottage at all, there was also no noise from there. Otherwise, you are in a very quiet beautiful residential area. If I have to do it again, I will definitely come back, highly recommended. Very nice, warm welcome.

I wish we had stayed longer. It’s a beautiful private space/apartment on the ground floor of the family home. The location is great !! A short walk from the train station and even shorter walk to reach the walled city center ( 2 minutes). From the wall entrance it’s about a 10 minute walk to the market square. Book it ready you won’t regret it!!!

Very nice accommodation in a quiet location and yet you can quickly reach Bamberg city centre by bus. The apartment was clean, well equipped and offers a large terrace. We can only recommend it and would be happy to come back.

Very nice place to stay ! We immediately felt comfortable and highly recommend this accommodation! Perfect base to explore the Main region by bike. We spent the family weekend with three generations at Dorothea's farm. The apartment had an optimal layout, the rooms and the bathroom were clean, the kitchen contained everything necessary and the large table is ideal for shared food. The highlight was the garden incl. Swing and slide as well as a yard with countless games and vehicles (badminton, table tennis, bobby car, small tractors etc). We spent the evenings around the campfire in the yard. Communication with Dorothea was super straightforward, friendly and very flexible. We would come back any time and felt at home.

We had a wonderful time, the apartment was cozy and we felt very comfortable. Our hosts were pleasant and we had interesting conversations. The area is great for hiking and it is pleasantly quiet. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is exceptionally well appointed. There is nothing that doesn't exist. In the kitchen, there are basic foods, coffee and tea, in addition to salt and pepper, a wide variety of spices and much more......... The bathroom is new and well equipped. And last but not least: Astrid is a very likeable landlady.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. It is huge and lovingly furnished, everything is available and sparkling clean. Philipp personally welcomed us, showed us everything and explained. In the summer temperatures, we enjoyed the coolness in the apartment and the shady seating area outside. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was OK.

It is a lovely place to stay. Hosts are amazing. They even allowed us to collect fresh eggs from the few chicken that they have. We enjoyed the walks in the forest that is next to a house.

We were 6 friends who spent a weekend in Bamberg. The living/dining room was the perfect size. 3 single bedrooms that were spacious and nicely decorated. Super recommended!

I booked this Airbnb for my friends while they stayed in Germany for my wedding. Absolutely beautiful area. Very walkable especially to the train station. Host met us there and gave a tour. Very friendly and gave us lots of good tips

Place can fit a family of 4. Lacks a TV but has a washer. Clean, and once you get the heaters working it's good(note that it's cold the first few hrs). The automated drink station by the entry collects some iffy people you will need to avoid.

Martina was a great host! I thought her place was very comfortable and spacious and in a really convenient location too. Highly recommended!
