Auf Wunsch können Touren angeboten werden. Die Stadt Kufstein (Bahnhof) und der Kaiserlift ist mit dem Rad bzw. per Stadtbus in 10 min erreichbar. Der große eingezäunte Garten lädt zum Spielen, Grillen und Relaxen ein. Die Küche mit Nespressomaschine ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet.
