Our Chalet Obenland is located on the sunny mountain above the village of Bramberg am Wildkogel in the Kitzbühel Alps. As soon as we look out the window, we feel connected to nature. For many years, we have fallen in love with this piece of paradise again and again: while skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, emerald prospecting, at the largest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml... Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

The apartment is located in the hiking and recreational paradise of Kelchsau in the middle of the holiday region of Hohe Salve. The small village is located in an idyllic side valley, where you can expect untouched nature, quaint farms and secluded mountain peaks. The apartment is on the first floor (basement) of the house and has its own entrance incl. Parking lot. "Lilly Fein" is lovingly decorated, has a new and fully equipped kitchen and has a storage oven with viewing window for romantic hours.

The Sonnentalhof, a lovingly renovated former farmhouse in the Hohe Salve region, has been open to guests since 2022. The location near the valley station in Itter makes it the ideal accommodation for family vacations and offers excellent opportunities for sports activities. Traditional materials such as old wood and old farm cabinets underline the regional character. The Sonnentalhof offers the charm and coziness of the typical huts of the Hohe Salve region.

The sun-drenched cozy chalet on the ground floor has a bedroom with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower (hair dryer)/toilet. The eat-in kitchen has a ceramic hob, an extractor hood and a refrigerator with freezer. Furthermore, electrical appliances such as a coffee machine and toaster are available. The ski bus stops 30 m away and runs every 30 minutes directly in front of the lifts.

Our cozy double rooms offer a living area of approx. 20 sqm. The room is equipped with a large double bed, a sitting area, a small kitchenette and a modern bathroom (shower and toilet). Each double room has direct access to a private balcony and our garden can also be used. In front of the garden, a small stream ripples and invites you to relax! Please note that only 1 toddler can be accommodated in the crib in the rooms.

Small, cozy one-room hut in Mittersill

Our small, cozy one-room hut can accommodate 3 people, shared hours and evenings. With the wood-burning stove it gets cozy and warm. A large corner bench with table, bunk bed, and dresser are also in the cabin. Barbecue right next to the cabin, water right at the cabin at the fountain trough, electricity is available. The outhouse is a couple of meters from the cabin, an outdoor solar bag shower is available.

Single apartment in the house directly on the lake

The 1-room apartment Silberdistel with mountain view offers on 18 m² a living/bedroom with integrated dining area and fully equipped kitchenette. It is equipped with a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed with footboard as well as a bathroom with shower, WC & hairdryer. The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.
