Our Chalet Obenland is located on the sunny mountain above the village of Bramberg am Wildkogel in the Kitzbühel Alps. As soon as we look out the window, we feel connected to nature. For many years, we have fallen in love with this piece of paradise again and again: while skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, emerald prospecting, at the largest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml... Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

The apartment is located in the hiking and recreational paradise of Kelchsau in the middle of the holiday region of Hohe Salve. The small village is located in an idyllic side valley, where you can expect untouched nature, quaint farms and secluded mountain peaks. The apartment is on the first floor (basement) of the house and has its own entrance incl. Parking lot. "Lilly Fein" is lovingly decorated, has a new and fully equipped kitchen and has a storage oven with viewing window for romantic hours.

The „Loft“ is located on the site of the “Alte Zimmerei” and is approx. 10 minutes walking distance from the Hahnenkamm Cable Car base station and historic city center of Kitzbühel. Kitzbühel Guest Card - „KitzCard": All registered guests receive one free ascent and descent per person per day with the Bergbahn AG Kitzbühel summer lifts in May, June, September, and October from the first overnight stay (regular operating hours; excluding special and evening rides; bike transport €5).
