Du brauchst nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Skigebiet. Damit dein Skitag entspannt startet, servieren wir dir auch noch ein gratis Frühstück bei uns im Frühstücksraum. So kannst du gestärkt als erster auf die Skipiste. Natürlich haben wir auch einen beheizten Skikeller. Wir vermieten seit +20 Jahren (4,8/5 Sterne)

In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. It takes only five minutes to the ski area of Kitzbühel, in summer you can start hiking right in front o the house. A bus stopp is only several meters away. Our view is amazing: all the peaks of the "Hohe Tauern" are right in front of us. Our farm has a large garden. Singles, families with children, couples, groups - everyone is welcome!

Welcome! We are the Waltl family and our house was built in 2018. On the ground floor we rent two cozy double rooms with mountain views. The ski lift is 800 m away from us, and the cross-country skiing track is right next to the house (50 m). Our house is an ideal starting point for mountain excursions, cycling, skiing or leisurely walks in the fresh air. Enjoy our cozy room (19m2) with a wonderful view of the mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps.
