House holiday rentals in Kill Devil Hill

We loved that we were able to walk to the beach and to the bay. Also loved the beach parking pass to give us the option to drive to the beach. We used the beach chairs, boogie boards and bicycles and all of them were fantastic! Very comfortable house, felt right at home there. Perfect house for a family to use. Also very helpful that Target, Publix and tons of restaurants were very close.

Connor was so welcoming and accommodating. Second time Renting this house and it’s always a pleasure visiting Kitty Hawk and staying in this home away from Home

We enjoyed our stay! Great pool to enjoy! The dog park nearby was not completely fenced, so anyone with a dog that could potentially run off, has to monitor them constantly. Also, the "park" did not allow dogs to accompany families going to the swings or beachy area. Therefore, the family had to split up, or not bring the dog to the community area at all. Luckily Nags Head and Kitty Hawk beaches allowed dogs during the day.

Ditto to what everyone else has said, this place is absolutely incredible! SO close to the beach and in a new development this quiet and boho chic townhouse was exactly what we needed for a beach getaway. The beds are so comfortable and the house is clean and exactly as pictured and described. A definite place for a family to stay to enjoy the OBX!

Great place. For its size and value, it literally has a ton of great features . The theatre room is amazing, especially with having kids. Has a beach volleyball court! The arcade has thousands of games and brought me back 25 years (Pac-Man, Mario, Galaga, Street Fighter, and 1,000’s more). We went when it typically would not be considered swimming weather, however, we had the option to have the pool heated at least a day or so before arriving and it made a huge difference and allowed for my girls and I to swim in early April (and I did jump in the ocean to compare and it was a 25-30 degree difference! Lol). The owner is very quick to respond, has the instructions available prior to arrival, recommendations for food, churches, , and activities. If you don’t mind a 3-5 minute stroll to the beach, it is honestly not that far away. Walmart, Target, Grocery stores, putt putt, dunes, Wings, fishing pier, are very close by. The aquarium was a 20 min drive but was worth it. Fun experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Jeremy's place. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and well stocked. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, and the beach was just a short walk away. The location is great -- we were so close to everything. Jeremy was incredibly responsive and helpful. He is a wonderful host. We couldn't have had a better experience!

Gia’s DuckUtopia was everything we hoped it would be! There was something for everyone in my family. Although Gia provided lots of ideas and tips for the area, we loved just hanging out. The views of the sound were amazing. The pool and hot tub were perfect. My husband and son enjoyed the kayaks. My husband and daughter also enjoyed fishing for crab. Cleaning up with the outdoor shower after the beach was so easy. We loved all the amenities, especially the kitchen gadgets! All we needed to bring was food and towels for the beach. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We hope to return next year…to finish the ping pong match that got rained out! What a relaxing time! Thanks, Gia!

Lori’s place was great! Right near Publix and about a 10 minute walk to the beach! Space was clean and safe, would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in the Outer Banks and we loved this cottage for our family of five. It was convenient, clean, had a great kitchen, very cute, wonderful views of the beach and ocean, and the deck had a walkway over the dunes right to the beach. The location was close to grocery stores and other amenities. Diane provided beach chairs and an umbrella and the deck had a shower to clean up before going back in. All of this made our stay here easy, relaxing, and fun. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect place for family time! My family plus dog enjoyed our stay very much. The house looks just like the pictures provided, we enjoyed morning breakfast on the back screened in porch and fun filled afternoons kayaking and laying out on the back dock. The house was clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed our stayed so much we will definitely be back.

House was in a perfect location. Walkable to the beach, target, Wawa. Easy to drive to mini golf / restaurants / breweries / grocery stores. Extremely clean inside, hosts were very quick to respond, kitchen came with everything needed to cook a quick meal. Be sure to bring beach towels / chairs (as stated in the description these are not included). Only small complaint is grill was greasy and needed to be cleaned a bit before use. Would definitely stay again we had an amazing family trip

The absolute perfect location. Centrally located and close to all great things OBX! The apartment was pristine with updated decor and stocked with lots of extras such as coolers, bikes, beach chairs etc. Great experience!!

The spacious beach house was located on a very quiet little street, screen porch was lovely to sip coffee in the morning and relax at night. Outside porch great for sunning and playing cornhole. Very short walk or drive to the beach. House was super clean & had thoughtful artistic touches. Matt was attentive, quick to respond and his knowledge of the area was helpful, even sharing weather updates. He was an incredible host and we are grateful for a fantastic week.

Wonderful hosts! The house was immaculate, kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated the list of recommended restaurants and coffee shops (Front Porch Cafe was winner! 😊) We would 100% stay here again.

We had a great weekend getaway! It was very clean and quiet. We loved how dog friendly it was and the parking pass for the Avalon Pier made getting to the beach very easy!

Absolutely perfect place to vacation, everything from eating out at local restaurants, to walking down local streets, and of course walking down the beach. The house was great, cozy and clean and in a great area. Overall was a fantastic place and definitely worth coming back to.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cookware, utensils and appliances needed for onsite prepping and cooking. The outdoor areas were clean, clutter free and peaceful to relax in. And the beach related supplies available for guest use like toys, chairs and bikes where fantastic! The location is great for a couples get away or a small family vacation.

This is an amazing place to stay. Such a peaceful and relaxing place to be. Close to everything from the beach, to restaurants and shops. Brian was quick to respond to me and gave some great recommendations while we were there. My family and I highly recommend this beautiful place to stay. We will definitely stay here again when our travels bring us to the OBX.

This place was very nice, it was in walking range of the beach and had a lot of things to do around it. The inside was also very nice with a bunch of space to relax and chill.
