This was such a wonderful experience! The house was beautiful and spacious, and the host is so generous and thoughtful 😊 so thankful for all accommodations and a very helpful/resourceful host. There's a reason why this place stays booked!! If you're looking for a special vacation, this is the one! I'd love to come back next year ❤️

Overall, this was a great vacation spot. Hosts were great! House was great! We had a small inconvenience with three people coming the first day to service different parts of the house, but once addressed the host’s accommodated our requests well. Location is nice!

Ditto to what everyone else has said, this place is absolutely incredible! SO close to the beach and in a new development this quiet and boho chic townhouse was exactly what we needed for a beach getaway. The beds are so comfortable and the house is clean and exactly as pictured and described. A definite place for a family to stay to enjoy the OBX!

Great location and home for our friends with family trip! The pool and backyard was the perfect hangout and the beach was a quick walk away. Very comfortable for 3 families all with kids! Grateful our fur babies could join as well! Travis was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend this spot!

We had a wonderful stay… the OBX is now our favorite vacations spot! Sounds Groovy was Awesome with wonderful and responsive hosts.

Great place. For its size and value, it literally has a ton of great features . The theatre room is amazing, especially with having kids. Has a beach volleyball court! The arcade has thousands of games and brought me back 25 years (Pac-Man, Mario, Galaga, Street Fighter, and 1,000’s more). We went when it typically would not be considered swimming weather, however, we had the option to have the pool heated at least a day or so before arriving and it made a huge difference and allowed for my girls and I to swim in early April (and I did jump in the ocean to compare and it was a 25-30 degree difference! Lol). The owner is very quick to respond, has the instructions available prior to arrival, recommendations for food, churches, , and activities. If you don’t mind a 3-5 minute stroll to the beach, it is honestly not that far away. Walmart, Target, Grocery stores, putt putt, dunes, Wings, fishing pier, are very close by. The aquarium was a 20 min drive but was worth it. Fun experience.

Absolutely perfect place to vacation, everything from eating out at local restaurants, to walking down local streets, and of course walking down the beach. The house was great, cozy and clean and in a great area. Overall was a fantastic place and definitely worth coming back to.

This was our first time in the Outer Banks and we loved this cottage for our family of five. It was convenient, clean, had a great kitchen, very cute, wonderful views of the beach and ocean, and the deck had a walkway over the dunes right to the beach. The location was close to grocery stores and other amenities. Diane provided beach chairs and an umbrella and the deck had a shower to clean up before going back in. All of this made our stay here easy, relaxing, and fun. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect place for family time! My family plus dog enjoyed our stay very much. The house looks just like the pictures provided, we enjoyed morning breakfast on the back screened in porch and fun filled afternoons kayaking and laying out on the back dock. The house was clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed our stayed so much we will definitely be back.

The absolute perfect location. Centrally located and close to all great things OBX! The apartment was pristine with updated decor and stocked with lots of extras such as coolers, bikes, beach chairs etc. Great experience!!

The spacious beach house was located on a very quiet little street, screen porch was lovely to sip coffee in the morning and relax at night. Outside porch great for sunning and playing cornhole. Very short walk or drive to the beach. House was super clean & had thoughtful artistic touches. Matt was attentive, quick to respond and his knowledge of the area was helpful, even sharing weather updates. He was an incredible host and we are grateful for a fantastic week.

Wonderful hosts! The house was immaculate, kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated the list of recommended restaurants and coffee shops (Front Porch Cafe was winner! 😊) We would 100% stay here again.

This place was very nice, it was in walking range of the beach and had a lot of things to do around it. The inside was also very nice with a bunch of space to relax and chill.

We had a great time staying here. It was closely located to everything we could possibly need. It was cozy to stay in on days it rained. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe with a walking trail nearby for our dog. Also, the place was stocked with so many kitchen amenities I was shocked! There was a Nespresso, Keurig, Ninja, frother, etc. We were able to save money and eat in more than we expected with all the kitchen necessities already there!

Brittany was an excellent host who responded as soon as possible to any inquires or requests for accommodations. The house was perfect and absolutely stunning. With having a two year old with my family, there were toys there ready to play which made it even better! The view was spectacular and the hot tub was equally amazing. We had some car trouble during when packing our car during check out which made us late for check out time unfortunately and she was very friendly and understanding. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. No complaints at all! Definitely can’t wait to stay again (when the two year old isn’t teething and going through sleep regression lol). 10/10 highly recommend!

We had a great weekend getaway! It was very clean and quiet. We loved how dog friendly it was and the parking pass for the Avalon Pier made getting to the beach very easy!

This was the perfect hub for our OBX trip. Centrally located to easily go north to Duck/Corolla/Currituck Wildlife Refuge as well as south to Hatteras. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed included a fully stocked kitchen. We loved walking to the sound for sunset and running along the water in the morning. Great stay!

My dog and I spent a relaxing week at Lidia's place. The house was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the swing in the fenced-in backyard while my dog lounged in the sun. Looking forward to a return trip!

Great Airbnb for 6 quests as each couple had their own bedroom & own bathroom. The Airbnb is easy to find and within driving distance from many restaurants & bars in the area and located pretty much in the center of OBX. Really you’re within 15/20 min from all the activities the Outer Banks has to offer. Plus as an added bonus just a few houses down you can walk down the street which offers a great view of the sound. Host responded within an hour or less when messaged. The host messaged me the day before we were to check in to make sure we brought with us extra paper towels, toilet paper, soap and laundry detergent as the Airbnb doesn’t provide these items & extras were not on-site, which I greatly appreciated knowing this in advance. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in KDH and Kasia was a super host. The house was very clean and modern. The house has in great location in the center of town. We especially liked walking distance to the sound and coffee shops. We would definitely stay there again.
