Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Kill Devil Hill

We loved this place and can’t wait to return! Hubby adored the hot tub & TV combo. Great location and we really liked the walkable neighborhood.

Erica’s cottage is spacious and beautiful! It is located on a private lot and a quick and easy walk to the beach. The bedrooms are well equipped and the kitchen is spacious. We enjoyed how easy it was to get around the area from this Airbnb. It was great for a group of 6, with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy.

Was a perfect place to stay for a wholesome Memorial Day girls weekend! We will definitely be coming back here and thank you Jay for helping us figure out the grill :)!

Absolutely beautiful place. Very walkable and the Wright Brothers Memorial was practically in the back yard.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this place! It has everything you need for the family and dog! We will look to stay here next time we visit the beach! The house is absolutely beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything you need! Highly recommend for families - especially with dogs!

We had a fantastic stay at Jeremy's place. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and well stocked. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, and the beach was just a short walk away. The location is great -- we were so close to everything. Jeremy was incredibly responsive and helpful. He is a wonderful host. We couldn't have had a better experience!

Our family really enjoyed our first stay at OBX. The house was clean, came with everything we needed and looked just like the pictures. There were plenty of beach chairs for everyone and the beach cart came in handy. Our kids loved the hot tub and the “apartment” on the ground level. The house is right off the main highway, but only a 5 min walk to the beach. The first night my husband and I slept terrible because the box frame of our bed was broken. The next morning, I messaged Beth Ann to let her know. Not only did she reply in minutes, but an hour later a new bed was delivered. We enjoyed our trip so much, that we booked an additional night. We are already planning our next trip back and will be booking this house again!

Gia’s DuckUtopia was everything we hoped it would be! There was something for everyone in my family. Although Gia provided lots of ideas and tips for the area, we loved just hanging out. The views of the sound were amazing. The pool and hot tub were perfect. My husband and son enjoyed the kayaks. My husband and daughter also enjoyed fishing for crab. Cleaning up with the outdoor shower after the beach was so easy. We loved all the amenities, especially the kitchen gadgets! All we needed to bring was food and towels for the beach. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We hope to return next year…to finish the ping pong match that got rained out! What a relaxing time! Thanks, Gia!

We stayed here for a sibling and spouse vacation. 12 of us. It was incredible! Location could not be more perfect. We could walk to absolutely everything we needed or wanted. Beach is an easy walk to end of the street. Great neighborhood! Karen provides endless beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, paddle board, kayak. We had no children with us but what a place for a family or a reunion or small wedding. A swing set & a playroom with giant connect 4, arcade games, air hockey and board games. For the adults a pool table, a poker table, chess, a shuffle board table & 2 bars all fully stocked with glassware, and bar ware. Kitchen is fully stocked with all equipment. Pool area provides plenty of seating and fun for kids. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Bedrooms are spacious. You do not hear anybody from one room to the next. Karen was so great to work with & very responsive to all questions & concerns. Don’t miss out on this one. We will be back! Just the best!

Jessica’s place was amazing! Easy walk down to the beach, amazing backyard with grill, and the gym is right across the street.

Matthew & Janet were wonderful and their place is beautiful. We’ve been staying in Corolla for 30 years and their home is one of the best we’ve stayed in. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 5 absolutely loved staying at the Darlin Marlin! The house was situated on a quiet street and it was a quick walk to the shops in Duck or to the beach. The house was perfect. It had everything our family needed. I loved the way it was decorated and there were so many different areas throughout the house to relax. Whether it was sipping coffee on the screened in porch or getting some sun on by the pool or on the deck, the house had it all. I loved all the kitchen amenities and everything felt like it was brand new. We had stayed at many houses throughout all areas of the OBX and this was a favorite. We will be back!
