Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Key West

Very convenient location for our scheduled golf outing and fishing trips! Just a short distance to old town KW for all the crazy fun, which meant we got to leave the noise behind when we were ready to relax and just spend time with the family on the large back porch and the pool. The place was very clean and felt like home to us for the week that we spent there. Thank you to Sharon for everything.....my entire family is already asking when are we coming back!!!!

Beautiful home located on a beautiful canal. We were able to see so much marine life including manatees. The house was spacious, clean and well located. If we ever get back to marathon we will definitely be looking up the twin palms to stay.

Although the place wasn’t ready when we arrived, Ryan was a great communicator! He addressed every issue we had (which were NOT within his control) and responded in a timely manner. He offered a fair solution and allowed us to sit back, relax and enjoy paradise! I’d highly recommend and hope to be back sometime soon!

We loved our stay! The house was super clean and the back patio was beautiful. We loved the back canal area and saw lots of very cool wildlife and enjoyed fishing right there. Having the kayaks to use was also great. Beds were very comfy and the rooms were spacious. The house had everything we needed. We loved the key colony area. The cabana club was a great space and the house is in walking distance to Sunset Beach, which was beautiful. The whole area is super close to fun things to do and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We appreciate your wonderful suggestions and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at El Siboney restaurant. Unfortunately the rain kept us from using the pool but we still had a fantastic time.

The four of us arrived at Mary’s place and we immediately felt right at home. The place was neat and clean and the decor was tropical. The backyard overlooking the canal was a great place to relax and unwind. We loved walking down the block to the Cabana club each afternoon after coming back from local excursions. One of the great benefits was being able to use the Cabana club which had a fantastic pool, hot tub, beach access and a full service bar with great food and drinks with excellent service and a friendly staff!

We had a great time at Judy’s airbnb. It was super nice, clean and had really comfortable beds. The pool was right across the parking area, very clean, private and always had chairs available. Over all our stay was great and we will definitely be back.

This was the most perfect Airbnb for our vacation. First of all, Marathon is the perfect location if you are looking to explore multiple parts of the Keys. 1 hour to Key Largo, 1 hour to Key West. We could not have asked for a better location. The home looks just like the photos and was perfect for our family of 4 + our pup. The beds were comfortable, the living space had plenty of room for our crew, but the real show stopper was the pool. If we weren't out and about exploring the Keys, we were definitely in/by the pool! A few added bonuses: (1) K-cups for our use for that first morning. This kept us from having to worry about an emergency grocery store trip the evening of our arrival (2) pool floats available for our use (3) bikes & kayaks for everyone (4) EVERYTHING. We couldn't have asked for better - we will definitely be back!

This was the second time we have stayed at this Airbnb and will return for sure in the future. It is in such a great spot on the southern side of the island close to lots of eateries shops, etc. we loved waking up every morning and having coffee on the porch And the space was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy Easter weekend on the island. I would highly recommend staying here if you get the chance it’s easy and you will feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door.

The location on Duval makes everything walkable. We rented a scooter and drove up the ocean side of the island and buzzed all around the island. The scooter rental (Pirate Scooter Rental) was a couple blocks away. We paid to park behind the property, but could have found something for free a few blocks away. The only nit was the occasional Harley or other loud bike that would blast by (trying to make noise) could be heard. The price you pay for literally being on Duval. I looked at a lot of places in this area and no other came close in terms of value (price for amenity). The host was super-responsive, the checkin was flawless, the ac worked great, the shared balcony over Duval was nice.

Our first time using Air B&B. My wife loved the experience and location. I liked not having to drive. Parked the car and walked everywhere. Would definitely book again. Thanks for being great hosts!

Ana's place is great if you want to spend a few days in the keys and don't want to drive all the way down to Key West. The appartment is big enough for a family with two kids. The balcony was very nice. The kitchen as well, we almost cooked there every night. It is easy to find. Not too far from other places that you want to visit. Close to grocery stores with the car. You did hear the highway a bit, but it was not bothering us at all.

The Duval House is a magic place with a relaxing atmosphere. Its gardens invite to stay inside the premises all the time. The personnel is extremely friendly. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The balcony overlooking Duval Street was a plus. I would like to return with my children.

I have so many great things to say and don't know where to begin. It's everything I wanted and more! we'll managed/great area! You will love it! I love how modern, very functional and they communicate well! I also stayed cause the pricing was not outrageous. I will stay there again if I come back to the Florida Keys!

We enjoyed our stay at Keith's place. The kitchen was well stocked except for having only one hand towel which we had to wash a few times. We loved being able to make coffee every morning and sip it on the patio, there is a drip coffee maker and plenty of filters. We purchased coffee and other food at Winn Dixie which is a very short drive, less than 5 minutes. The view from the balcony is even nicer than the photos. Traffic was congested at times because of road construction so we had to leave ourselves extra time to get to places. There were a lot of activities we did like scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, shopping, etc and Keith's place was in a great location to do everything we wanted and a short drive to many restaurants. Keith gave good recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The Roku TV was nice, easy to watch anything we wanted and also to stream Netflix, etc. If in the keys, we would definitely book Keith's place again.

Place is very good and as advertised. Fantastic Thai place right below the room. Great access to Duval, and absolutely walkable to all the tourist spots/bars.

Great place for a family. The pool and beach were ideal for kids and the little tiki bar was great for us. The surroundings were lush. We would stay here again.

Eric’s place was lovely, well maintained, nicely appointed, and immaculate. The 3 of us enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. Even though the apartment is near the airport we only heard planes twice in the 4 days we were there. There is a convenient little grocery store on the site and excellent BBQ from a food truck near the pool. Eric responded to our questions promptly. Comfy beds, everything worked and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

Loved our stay!!! Close to great restaurants!! The condo was beautiful, extremely spacious loved the studio apartment. That space provided much needed space for family of 8; Very clean, beautiful pool with grill.

We were very happy to stay there as a family of three. The property is convenietly located and easy to find. Check-In process was flawless. As already mentioned the Condo was very clean. Largo is a state of the art renter. We lost our car-keys in the drive way and he immediately contacted us when they were found and could be retrieved at the gate. We were in the Tavenier area for diving and were diving mostly with Conch-Repbulic Divers and Rainbowreef-Divers. Both shops can be reached within minutes. We definately recommend the Condo and Largo and would book the Condo anytime again. There were absolutely NO negatives and we were very happy to stay there.

This was a treasure in paradise for 2 couples to stay and feel completely relaxed. We enjoyed coffee sunrises, a wonderful sunset walk around the marina and we were in walking distance from anywhere we wanted to go in Old Town. Inside the home was a well appointed kitchen that met any cooking need including salt and pepper. It would have been a pleasure to cook but we ended up reheating our leftovers from all the great restaurants we visited. Coffee sunrise and a cocktail in the evening shade overlooking the marina on that beautiful big balcony were highlights of our time there. Thank you from all of us to our gracious host Jennifer. Great place just a short distance off Highway 1 and just steps from a nice heated pool. The salt water slough was a big hit for the kids swimming with the fish and the sunrise was amazing. I would definitely book again.

The condo was pristine and actually better than the photos. Bedrooms in particular were really lovely. Our only issue was that the WiFi was out but Sean was super responsive in getting it back up. Plus there was a common WiFi for the building which worked fine. I would definitely rent again.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. We enjoyed swimming and powder boarding in the lagoon, feeding the fish, fishing off the point, relaxing poolside, and enjoying our time in Key Largo. Check-in was super easy and the owner, Cindy, was an absolute delight. Very smooth and easy, five stars, highly recommend, especially for children or anyone looking for a relaxing time.
