Holiday rentals with a patio in Key West

Home is beautiful; very clean and modern. Quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the water. Very easy check in and out. Also very convenient to restaurants and shopping in Marathon. Loved the stay!

Judy's place was great! It was clean and comfortable and had lots of useful amenities to make our stay more pleasant - the beach towels were key and the free parking was a big plus! We didn't end up using the pool but it looked really nice. The neighborhood was nice - just a few places to walk to including an amazing French bakery across the street with perfect lattes! I would recommend bringing ear plugs because the roosters can be loud - they are all over the island, not just at Judy's. Judy was very communicative and friendly, such a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I visit the Keys every year, staying at this particular condo resort every time. This was our first time at this unit and so far the best. The views are amazing, the two balconies were a plus, especially the one in the master bedroom. The unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. Had everything we needed. Not far from the elevator which was real nice for us. There was some traffic issues that our host warned us about and thank goodness he did or we would have missed our flight. Very grateful for that. 5 stars and we will book this unit again.

We had a great stay at this two-bedroom unit! While it’s on the smaller side, it’s been beautifully remodeled with modern, clean, and tasteful decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the brand new pots and pans . The living room gets fantastic natural light, and the view from the balcony is great—perfect for enjoying sunsets. We also loved spending time at the pool and hot tub. The location is excellent, with a short walk to the waterfront, which was so peaceful and relaxing. The walls are on the thinner side, so we could hear kids running in the common areas at times, but it wasn’t a major issue. The host truly went above and beyond by shipping back items I accidentally left behind, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d happily stay again!

We had a great week! The condo was a perfect size for my husband and I. We loved the location and looking right at the ocean.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! Bringing 2 kids down to the upper keys we took advantage of all the amenities at the condo as well with The Keys itself. The view was beautiful each day looking over the boats and seeing the ocean. And of course beautiful sunrises. Would stay here again and have recommend this complex to our friends/family to join us on a trip in the future here.

We arrived early on the day of check-in, and because previous guests has left early, we were able to check in first thing in the morning! Henry happened to be in Key West, working around his property, so he very kindly gave us a full tour of the apartment, the parking area, the grounds, pool, and beach. The apartment is whimsically decorated with pastel colors to fit the Key West vibe, and has lots of cute details. Amazingly, all the small appliances, dishes, glasses, and tableware are in the pink/rose colored family. Literally every appliance is pink (Cuisenart, coffee maker, toaster, Keurig, blender, tableware, and more). It gave the place a unified cozy feel. The living room is spacious, with lots of couch room for a family to watch TV together. The kitchen is eat-in, and the bathrooms and bedrooms are super nice. We felt very at-home in Henry's place, and appreciate the details he provides about checking in, keys, garage parking, etc. We had a great time.

Welcome to a little piece of paradise! This studio apartment was so peaceful and private. The deck outside of the living space was the best for morning sun and coffee. The views from the apartment were spectacular! Please make sure to take in the sunset. A few roaming Key Deer were just icing on the cake. Can't wait to return some day soon!

The rental is located in a gated campsite that includes both houses and campers. The campground is quiet and has views of the ocean to watch the sunset. The rental has a lovely ground level with a large tv, grill, dining area, and outdoor furniture. The inside of the rental was extremely clean upon our arrival. Both beds were nice and comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms had all necessary items. We appreciate Claudia sharing her place in Key Largo for us and our pups.

We loved our stay at Jeffery's house. It is spacious and very comfortable. My husband appreciated the proximity to the pickleball courts - we could see them from our bedroom windows- and my son enjoyed fishing off the dock. The upper suite was wonderful for privacy and quiet when the older kids stayed up later than the adults. Jeffery was super helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again!

Had an amazing stay at this house with my husband and 4 small kids. The house was spacious and clean, with lots of natural light at soon as the sun came up. The pool was so warm and had a large shallow area that was perfect for our 3 year old. Naomi was a wonderful communicator. It was so sad to have to leave.. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Lisa’s home was in an amazing location. Close to great restaurants. The home was cozy, lovely and very clean. The pool and backyard were wonderful to enjoy. The screened porch was great to relax and have your coffee in the morning. My son loved to catch and release fish from the dock. Very easy to communicate with Lisa and she was always quick to respond. I will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Keys 2 Joy. It's located right in Key Colony Beach with access to anything you need within a quick drive. The house was very clean, decorated nicely, owners communicated clear directions and entrance instructions, and everything we needed was provided. They even had some toys stowed away and my 2 small kids loved it. The layout of the house is different than expected with 2 entrances that come into bedrooms, but it wasn't an issue since we put the kids in the middle room. Kitchen had anything we needed, fridge had an ice maker, there's room for a boat, and even a few poles to fish off the dock. We had our dog with us also and they neighborhood is super walkable and friendly. Would stay here again for sure, thanks!

Love the area, great comfortable place with a nice community surrounding it. The pool and amenities were great as well.

Enjoyed our stay, great property with boat ramp on site. it was great having the boat steps from the door. Kids had a lot of fun. We will be back again for sure.

Look no further for the place to stay with kids and or dogs! Cabana club is super nice!! They should update the pics of the place because it’s way nicer than the pics!! Instacart and door dash works well!! Really can’t say enough good!

As Airbnb Superhosts, we pay really close attention to cleanliness and all aspects of the space. This condo was impeccably clean!! Thank you. The description was also very accurate. We loved the location and the small beach area for afternoon cocktails after our daughter's dive trips. Everything is close by, from groceries to restaurants, yet you feel like you are worlds away from everything. The condo was quiet, and the floor plan was great. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo is just like the pictures and the views shown are from the deck. We had an unbelievable time here during our family vacation. We were far enough from the craziness of downtown Key West but close enough for a quick Uber ride when we wanted to see the sites, shop, or enjoy restaurants. The condo had everything we could possibly need, just bring your personal stuff, place a delivery grocery order from Winn Dixie and we were set for the week. The condo is part of a resort so you get all those amenities along with the more private condo only pool and hot tub. We enjoyed walking around the marina and looking at the large boats along with enjoying the tranquility of the views of just water from the deck. Carri was the best host I’ve had the opportunity to deal with. Extremely responsive and helpful at every turn. We will absolutely be back and will base our timing around staying at Carri’s place again.

This is my second stay at this location! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and used all the amenities including the grill, tiki bar and pool 🙂 the restaurant next door had live music and the bartender and food were so good we ate there twice lol. Jennifer the host and the staff on property were attentive, polite and quick to assist. The condo was squeaky clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Looking forward to coming back soon!

Second time staying at the property.! Clean, confortable. Kitchen had all the ammenities.! The AC was great.!!! No complaints., I will be back again during summer time.!!!

Looks exactly as photographed. Perfect spot for our family of five which includes older teens - space for everyone to spread out. The girls loved the balconies for those Insta worthy pics. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the amenities including the pools and gym. Thanks for a great stay.
