Beautiful place. Had a great time in the pool and kayaking. Nice park at end of road for the kids to play.

We just returned from this beautiful home and would highly recommend. There were 8 of us - 5 adults and 3 children (all 10 yrs old). The space was large and comfortable, and great for everybody to spread out and have plenty of privacy. The outdoor space, and game area is amazing and the kids loved it all. We also rented a boat for 3 days, and loved having the dock to accommodate it so easily. We travel a lot and have stayed in many rental homes and I would say this was the most well stocked house I have ever been in. Not a detail was missed and loved how everything was labeled. The only thing we wish we would have known is that the room with the bunks is on the lower level with separate entrances from the main house. The kids were excited about this room, however, we weren't comfortable with them being there alone. It all worked out fine, and one couple slept in that room, since it also has the 3rd full bath. The owners are amazing and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed with a large group here for the weekend. The house and location were perfect for our trip. The beach was nice, and we saw manatees swim right up to the docks. I would highly recommend this house to other guests!

This place is beautiful, large rooms all around, clean, tastefully decorated Waking up each morning to the views overlooking the water was incredible Our group was 3 couples, never felt crowded Complex was very nice - pools, hot tub, fitness center, game room- well maintained and clean Would definitely look into seeing if this place would be available if we come down to Key Largo again. Definitely worthwhile.

Beautiful view and clean home. Watch gorgeous sunrises right from the screened in porch or out on the dock. Great local restaurants close. We highly recommend The No Name Pub (amazing pizza, and make sure you bring a dollar for their wall). The Bent Prop was another favorite and was only about half a mile away. Breakfast recommendation is to go to Key West to Blue Heaven (try the banana bread)!

We had an absolute blast staying on Purpus! From the moment we stepped aboard, we felt right at home. The catamaran was super clean, comfortable, and had a fully equipped kitchen, allowing us to cook and enjoy our morning coffee right at the dock—such a peaceful way to start the day. Dee, the host, was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We also booked a sunset cruise, and Captain Greg was amazing—truly a highlight of our trip! If you’re looking for a unique and unforgettable stay, Purpus is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Milton’s house is exactly like the photos on the website. Any time we reached out to him with questions he always responded right away. We enjoyed fishing, watching the manatees off dock, kids enjoyed swimming in pool and adults liked having hot tub. This house is great for family vacation plenty of room to spread out and beach is nearby for those that enjoy the beach.

Our first time to the Keys was wonderful and Coral Cove Unit 4 is a beautiful home in a private 8-unit gated community that is a must and won’t disappoint. The home is exactly as pictured and the sound of the waterfall of the private saltwater dunk pool is so relaxing. A easy stroll at the end of the brick paver drive to view the beautiful bay while sitting by the fire pit or to view the boats in the harbor. Located within short, easy walking distance to a must visit Lorelei’s for good food, music, and gorgeous view of the sunset! Thank you Giovanna for making our stay one we won’t forget.

We rented Ryan’s home during the week of our wedding in Key West — much more reasonably priced than KW, and only about an hour away. Home is clean, modern, well appointed. Heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with our family, especially kids (worth the extra charge). The pool was dirty when we arrived so when Ryan saw pics he deemed it unacceptable and sent a cleaner out to address it right away — he had a delicious key lime pie delivered for the inconvenience, which was a sweet gesture. It was good to have 2 wings to separate the bedrooms (main plus queen both with private baths on one end). We had 10 people in the home (including 4 kids) and had ample space. Helpful to have chairs and cooler for beach (umbrella didn’t hold up to windy day) — Sombrero beach while crowded was nice. Lighting outside to enjoy outdoors at night could be better, but awning to shade the chairs from sun during day is a great feature. Bring a Bluetooth speaker for music. We’d come back! Thanks, Ryan!

Matt was super responsive and helpful with any issues we had. The house was comfortable and the proximity to the beach was amazing (5 minute walk). We stayed for a month with a 1 year old and a big dog and found the house perfect for our needs. Manatees even came up to the house on our last day! Super special. Would recommend.

This was great stay for us! the kids loved the pool and the father in law loved the canal front. The house is close to a small park, only a 10 min walk. We were close to all the Keys had to offer. Thank you

The location to the pool , lagoon and use of the golf cart was great driving to the jetty. The townhouse was great for our family of 9 was perfect! We had a 3 year old and she loved the lagoon.

We did a couples’ trip with our three toddlers and had a wonderful stay at Ruth’s place! We had everything we needed and the location was awesome - close to beautiful Sombrero beach, restaurants, nightlife and had a dock where we could dock our rental boat. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Enjoyed our stay, great property with boat ramp on site. it was great having the boat steps from the door. Kids had a lot of fun. We will be back again for sure.

This place had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation prior to the crazy Holiday season. we only had 6 people but it would easily accommodate more. Monica was responsive to any questions or concerns. The location was perfect. Easy access to sombrero Beach and Marathon amenities: bars, restaurants, and activities. we were able to experience a turtle release on Sombrero Beach from The Turtle Hospital. Highly recommend renting from Monica again and on Marathon Beach.

Perfect spot for 4 couples- each having our own king bed and bathroom was awesome. The pool is lovely, and plenty of outdoor space to hang. A perfect house for a relaxing vacation. We saw manatees in the canal from the dock! The only drawback of this place is proximity to the airport- there is a lot of air traffic noise during the day. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but is worth mentioning for those who want absolute quiet. Otherwise, the property is private and peaceful. Lots of good restaurants nearby, and Sombrero Beach is worth a visit, although it does get a little crowded. We would rent again!

Centrally located and plenty of things to do. Kitchen fully appointed to prepare any dish, but also plenty of restaurants nearby. We had a party of 12 and had plenty of space. Dock offered an unexpected fishing option for the kids in the vaca cut, and we saw lots of manatees.

Beautiful place, very roomy and clean. Will stay her again and definitely recommend this place.

The house was perfect for our needs. Everyone had their own “suite” with an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was large and had just about anything you would need to entertain. The onsite ice maker was a huge plus for those of us that fished, or needed to pack a cooler. The location was very convenient.

House was beautiful with a large enough dock for us to bring our boat! Great location for fishing and exploring the Keys! Highly recommend!

We spent a fabulous 2 weeks in Key West!! Penny’s place is walking distance to everything, and just far enough away to be quiet at night!!! The property has all that you need, plus a soaking pool which became a daily staple…highly recommend and look forward to our next visit!!

Just want to write an updated review since most of these are older. The previous reviews about the house AC being hot in the downstairs bedrooms has been fixed. The house has two brand new AC units. House was immaculate and in the perfect location with all the amenities you’d need. Only issue we ran into is the Wi-Fi does not work. They are actively working on it but the Sonos speakers did not work outside and the TVs were in and out. All in all this house had everything we needed and more
