Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Key West

This was a fantastic location with a great pizzeria nearby as well as a fabulous French pastry and coffee cafe. This location is very near to nearby downtown and residence was cozy and provided all the comforts. We highly recommend!

We rented Ryan’s home during the week of our wedding in Key West — much more reasonably priced than KW, and only about an hour away. Home is clean, modern, well appointed. Heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with our family, especially kids (worth the extra charge). The pool was dirty when we arrived so when Ryan saw pics he deemed it unacceptable and sent a cleaner out to address it right away — he had a delicious key lime pie delivered for the inconvenience, which was a sweet gesture. It was good to have 2 wings to separate the bedrooms (main plus queen both with private baths on one end). We had 10 people in the home (including 4 kids) and had ample space. Helpful to have chairs and cooler for beach (umbrella didn’t hold up to windy day) — Sombrero beach while crowded was nice. Lighting outside to enjoy outdoors at night could be better, but awning to shade the chairs from sun during day is a great feature. Bring a Bluetooth speaker for music. We’d come back! Thanks, Ryan!

We had a really good stay. Housekeeping and help at the property was a great bonus that not a lot of places offer. Lots of amenities and great location. Will definitely be back.

The house was just as described. Loved having meals on the screened in porch each morning while watching the boats and wildlife float/fly by. Very peaceful setting. Modern bathrooms and kitchen. Also the Cabana Club pool and beach was a wonderful place to relax. We enjoyed meeting other Key Colony residents/visitors at the pool and at Sunset Park. They have concerts on Sunday afternoons in the park.

Just had a great stay for a guys fishing trip. The pool / hot tub / bar area was amazing. I had such a great time that I’ll be booking an additional week in August for a return trip with my family!

Looks just like the photo’s. Unfortunately weather was a little chilly the first couple of days. When it warmed up we enjoyed the local cabana club with the heated pool, beach and restaurants. The accommodations were spacious and clean.

Amazing property. Well-stocked and so comfortable. We had a hard time leaving the house for more than a few hours!

Kristi was very responsive and helped us out with a request early on in the stay. It was really nice to be able to kayak along the water way and we utilized this daily. Overall the place was exactly as described and we enjoyed our time in Marathon.

The rental is located in a gated campsite that includes both houses and campers. The campground is quiet and has views of the ocean to watch the sunset. The rental has a lovely ground level with a large tv, grill, dining area, and outdoor furniture. The inside of the rental was extremely clean upon our arrival. Both beds were nice and comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms had all necessary items. We appreciate Claudia sharing her place in Key Largo for us and our pups.

We loved our stay at the Calusa Park! We stayed for a week and never got bored. There are so many great things to see and do. We really loved having the pool and playground so close since our kids stayed with us. The extra outside kitchen area is a nice bonus.

The outdoor space is absolutely fabulous. The heated pool was enjoyed every day. The property is on the corner of two canals that had pretty clean water. We met several manatees who graced us with their presence often. Fishing was not great during the month so our fishermen were rather disappointed. The interior was very pleasant and cooking was easy. The entire third floor is the master sitting room, bathroom and bedroom. The only drawback for me personally is that the master bathroom is an "open concept " design which left me without a sense of privacy. Isa was extremely helpful and responded quickly with our questions. Thank you Isa!

Amazing oasis from the cold up north and from the bustle of town when you need a peaceful moment by the pool. The outdoor kitchen is incredible and the boat dockage is great.

We really liked the location. It was peaceful and private and a great neighborhood to walk around and to walk our dog. Yet, a short drive into Marathon for restaurants or any other needs. The house isn’t new but it was exactly as represented and it was perfect for us. Frank was very responsive. There were a couple of issues that he addressed immediately. It wasn’t his fault that because of the location, receiving repair parts can take some time. But Frank took care of our situations.

Jose was a very responsive host and we appreciated his communication. The house matches the description well and was very clean upon arrival. The location is off the main highway, which is great, but is across from the back of the post office distribution center so can be a little noisy at times. It is quite walkable to the grocery store and some restaurants/ shops. We also brought our 2 dogs (with permission of the owner) and the yard is very well set up for that as it is fully fenced in, except for the dock area.

I was really impressed by how efficient the house was. Everything was super convenient and comfortable from the kitchen to the heating and cooling systems. The location was perfect too with everything we wanted to see and do within a short drive. We loved how spacious the house was with plenty of room to relax. The layout was great, making it feel like a real home away from home. The landscaping was beautiful and we enjoyed spending time outside by the pool. Overall, our stay was fantastic and I’d highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfy and convenient place to stay.

We had the perfect vacation! Love the location and the amenities of Key Colony Beach. The place was great for relaxing. I only wish we brought our dog..

Overall we enjoyed our time here. It can be hard to find from the road but has a rustic charm to it. Enjoyed kayaking and time in the tiki hut by the water.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and liked it. The canal was cool, there are manatees and some small fish on it. We rented a boat and parked it right out front. Most of the homes on the street are 1 week rentals. The neighborhood itself is pretty quiet. The outdoor kitchen is pretty cool and the heated pool is 100%. This is a good place to stay while in Key Largo.

House was beautiful with a large enough dock for us to bring our boat! Great location for fishing and exploring the Keys! Highly recommend!

Just want to write an updated review since most of these are older. The previous reviews about the house AC being hot in the downstairs bedrooms has been fixed. The house has two brand new AC units. House was immaculate and in the perfect location with all the amenities you’d need. Only issue we ran into is the Wi-Fi does not work. They are actively working on it but the Sonos speakers did not work outside and the TVs were in and out. All in all this house had everything we needed and more

The location is great! Easy walk or bike ride to attractions and restaurants, but out of the active tourist activity. Even though the space is rather small with one bathroom, out four adults never felt crowded or inconvenient. The owner was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again!

It was our first time to the keys and we were spellbound by the location. We had no context for how special this place was until we went up and down the highway and up and down on paddle boards. Simply amazing, everyday was just a moment of ‘I can’t believe this’!! My wife pointed out that it was by far the cleanest Airbnb we had ever stayed at. Our kids loved the beach, loved the space and loved the time together. Thank you again so much!

I must say, in many years w/ Airbnb, this host is the best & helped us through an absolute nightmare issue that had nothing to do with their happy location. We were checking out of this place on time and preparing to depart for our next Airbnb adventure in another town, and we received last minute notice that a pipe had busted in our next town's location. We messaged this host in emergency mode to say the least. They extended our stay for several hours w/ no charge, offered places for us to stay, if need be, and did not charge us a penny extra. They called us, walked us through the issues, even though the issues had nothing to do with their home---they helped so much. Simply put, excellent human beings here. The cottage was clean, we were met with happy smiles, snacks in the fridge (thanks for the key lime tarts)! This location is awesome! Booking with this group is like buying extra insurance for your stay, at no extra cost, because as noted, they are gracious and kind people.
