Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Key West

The rental is located in a gated campsite that includes both houses and campers. The campground is quiet and has views of the ocean to watch the sunset. The rental has a lovely ground level with a large tv, grill, dining area, and outdoor furniture. The inside of the rental was extremely clean upon our arrival. Both beds were nice and comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms had all necessary items. We appreciate Claudia sharing her place in Key Largo for us and our pups.

This was a fantastic location with a great pizzeria nearby as well as a fabulous French pastry and coffee cafe. This location is very near to nearby downtown and residence was cozy and provided all the comforts. We highly recommend!

Incredible property. Perfect gathering space for my entire family of 6. Private yet close to commerce like Publix and local gym to work out. Great memories made.

The house was just as described. Loved having meals on the screened in porch each morning while watching the boats and wildlife float/fly by. Very peaceful setting. Modern bathrooms and kitchen. Also the Cabana Club pool and beach was a wonderful place to relax. We enjoyed meeting other Key Colony residents/visitors at the pool and at Sunset Park. They have concerts on Sunday afternoons in the park.

Just had a great stay for a guys fishing trip. The pool / hot tub / bar area was amazing. I had such a great time that I’ll be booking an additional week in August for a return trip with my family!

Beautiful place. Had a great time in the pool and kayaking. Nice park at end of road for the kids to play.

Mary's place was in a very safe and beautiful location. Everyone was friendly and there were endless dining options. There were even local conveniences that I didn't expect nearby such as Dollar Tree, Winn Dixie, Home Depot, etc. Showers had great water pressure, hot water, and had zero sulphur smell. Decor was lovely and ample storage space for your things. A/C and heat works great and no musty smells anywhere. Beds, outdoor furniture and couches very comfortable. Convenient off-street parking. Was too busy to enjoy the cabana amenities but visited it briefly and it looked wonderful. Thank you Mary hope to return in the future!

Great location, still very quiet. You can sleep very well. The apartment is well furnished. Everything works and it was very clean. We felt comfortable and safe. The terrace invites you to drink a glass of wine before you go to sleep👍😊

Tom was a great host. He was very communicative and proactive with instructions and things to do. The place was very nice and clean. Everything in the place worked great. The shower drains a little slow but that’s no big deal. The location is perfect for Duvall street and it’s a 15 minute walk either way to get from coast to coast. We were very happy with the place would definitely recommend for anyone coming down to stay.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Definitely enjoyed the back porch and the views of the canal. It’s quiet and peaceful. Might be a little expensive for the value/space. But still recommend.

We just returned from our stay in Key Colony and it was everything we had dreamed of. It was a wonderful location, right in between flying into Ft. Lauderdale, and traveling one day into Key West. The property overall was very well maintained, beautiful and private. The beach area was perfect and gave us a lovely day of relaxation enjoying the views and all the sounds. Our condo itself was just as described and had the perfect amenities needed to spend a few days and celebrate my husband's birthday. Kim is a fantastic host! She is very responsive and provided lots of information about all things in and around the condo.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. We had two couples staying in the rental together, so having 2 beds AND 2 baths was a big draw. We found the unit to be clean with nice furnishings and everything that we needed during our stay. Since the unit is part of a larger building, you could sometimes hear neighbors above or on the sides in the early morning, but this was not a major issue. We really appreciated how responsive our host was to our messages (e.g., allowing us to check in a little early since the cleaners were finished). It was also nice that we were just a short drive away from lots of restaurants, parks, and more. The on-site beach was also quiet and made for a nice spot to hang out in the morning or at sunset. We would recommend this unit to anyone seeking a 2 bed, 2 bath rental in the area!

The condo was freshly renovated and very nicely decorated—it had a nice balcony to have a drink and eat outside. The only thing we didn't really notice was that it's situated next to the airport, so you have army jets and commercial airplanes over your head, and it's extremely loud in the morning. Once you visit the town or the beach, it's all good. You're close to an amazing beach called Smathers Beach, which has free parking and a huge bonus. The condo also has beach chairs.

Excellent place. Highly recommend. Great location, walk 1 min to nearby beach. Parking is free for our rental car which is hugely helpful. The place looks just like the photos. Kitchen is big, clean, functional with many utensils, pans. Throughout the home there are abundance of daily needed items such as additional towels, bedsheets, plates, pans, dishwashers which make it very convenient. Looking forward to coming back to this place again.

After many cold New Years Eve (my wife's birthday is 1/1) parties we decided to get to warmer weather for this one. Marianne's condo is an excellent location. Private. Quiet. Great amenities. Spacious. My wife and I enjoyed the heated pool, the lagoon and fish there that you can swim with on the northern beach end while you feed them. You can do nothing OR many options for recreation up and down the Keys. We did some jet skiing, went to John Pennekamp Park, had some beautiful sunset views at Bayside Grille and Snooks, shopped at the local places. I loved walking out on the jetty in the morning. The views from the room, of the marina and water, were beautiful. Everyone was friendly, residents and guests. There is tennis, pickle ball, bike riding, fishing, kayaking, and more. Marianne was a great host and the communication with her and Diane was excellent and immediate. We would certainly return to the condo in the future.

Wonderful accommodations for my family! The condo was extremely clean with all the amenities we needed. Pool/ hot tub was a big hit with our kids and the location was close to everything we planned. Sean and team were extremely kind and communicative.
