Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kessingland

We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

The accommodation was excellent. Lots of nice touches, milk and chocolate fingers and others bits and bobs were provided.

This place was fantastic. Everything you need for a party is there. The communication with the host was slow but I was told he was hospitalised and very sick. Hope you get well soon Andrew. The price for it was alot for a day I wish I could chek in around 11am or noon to have more time in the place. Nothing to complain about the place. very clean and it was full of everything you need. I was celebrating my 30th Birthday and I wish I could get discounts for this place to come again and again for more parties 🥳.

Had a fantastic stay. The cottage was just like a home from home. The garden like something straight from the secret garden book! Wanda was extremely welcoming of our dogs! Would highly recommend

A picturesque home in a beautiful location. In a quaint little village you truly feel like you’ve been whisked away into serenity. Would highly recommend staying here, host is very friendly and welcoming, the home is well equipt for all your needs. If you are looking for rest and recuperation and time to reconnect with others without the hustle and bustle of life, this is your dream location!

This was probably one of the best Air B and B’s we’ve stayed in, it just felt like home. The love that Matt has put into this cottage is so clear, from the little touches, the amazing smell when you walked in, to the digital guidebook which is carefully curated to provide information of the surrounding area and details about the cottage. Everything was exceptional standard and felt so carefully thought of, even down to the Japanese Toilet in the bathroom! Just amazing. I would recommend this Air B and B to anyone and I can’t wait to return ☺️ thanks again, Matt.

Had a great stay at Geoffrey’s place! It was clean, quirky, and full of thoughtful touches—like biscuits and water bowls for the dogs, which was such a lovely surprise. Really appreciated the warm welcome and attention to detail. Would happily stay again!

Travelling down from Inverness it was so nice to be greeted by the Suzanne the owner. Beautiful, clean, bright and spacious accommodation. Gorgeous countryside setting with plenty of green space for children and dogs. The rooms were spacious with lots of handy plug sockets and beds were very comfortable. The televisions were a bonus for the kids for some downtime before we went on our adventures. The hot tub was a constant ask from our teen and was a major plus point with our stay. Lime Tree Lodge is in a beautiful setting, quiet and well worth the money for a long or short visit just to have a break away. Suzanne is lovely and is only a message away which I found to be incredibly handy. Can't wait to come back to visit. ♡

Absolutely brilliant stay here. Me and my husband needed to stay for a few nights in Norwich due to nearby hospital visits. This one stood out as being close to where we needed to be, close to the city centre (about 10 mins walk) and was very reasonably priced. The property is in an area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby but far enough out of the centre to be really quiet and peaceful. It truly was so relaxing. The place is even better than the photos. It’s really large inside and the high ceilings make it appear so spacious and uncluttered. We will definitely return to the property when coming to the city in the future. Ps The parking really was a rare bonus too!

We had a wonderful stay, Mike made us feel so welcome and had thought of everything. A spacious property in a peaceful location, ideal for walks and even a trip to Blickling Hall over the weekend.

Had a lovely few days at the Crows nest, would highly recommend, the location was great for restaurants and shops. We couldn’t fault the apartment it had every thing we needed, very comfortable would definitely like to return

Really beautiful flat, great location for exploring nearby restaurants and bars. There can be a little noise from diners outside Pizza Express, but I found if you put on the fan in the bedroom it drowns it out. Great communication from host, arranged for someone to meet us with the key and show us in. Parking space is a bonus in this central location and is in a secure garage. Recommended property and host.

Lovely, peaceful and spacious flat with vintage touches, in a very central location close to restaurants, shops, the seafront and the many walks and places to visit around Aldeburgh. Great for couples or families. Managing Agents very responsive to any requests. Would highly recommend!

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend.
