This bijou stand-alone loft conversion was lovingly restored by the host Guy Spurrell, utilising eco friendly, reclaimed building materials. This beautiful and compact space has often been likened to staying in a ship’s quarters but without the perils of the sea. The property is situated just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful sandy beach and prom and is only two minutes walk from Cromer’s famous grade II listed pier. The accommodation is suitable for lone guests, couples or families with a maximum of two children.

Arbor Lodge is set in a secluded part of Cromer within 5 minutes walk to the town centre, beach & pier. The Lodge is a purpose built annex to the owners own home, and it has been finished to a high standard & benefits from sea views. The Lodge is ideal for a couple but could accommodate 4 people with an easy pull out & comfortable small double sofa bed, a travel cot is available on request. At night the outside of the lodge is illuminated.
