Coach House Studio is a delightful hideaway located to the rear of a Victorian property owned by Paul & Frances. It is close both to the centre of Cromer and the sea. The Studio has its own private entrance & a courtyard garden. The tastefully decorated open-plan sitting room has a woodburner, a well equipped kitchen and dining table for 4 . Up the spiral staircase is a pretty kingsize bedroom with quality linen & towels, & an ensuite shower room. It is used by the owners as a holiday home.

Situated next to the hosts family home, the annexe has been designed to offer a spacious living area with modern amenities and vaulted ceiling to provide a light and airy space. Small but perfectly formed, a cosy and comfortable 2 bedroom end-terrace cottage accommodating up to 2 adults in a double room and up to 2 young children in small bunk beds. A one minute walk from the beautiful beach and amenities at East Runton - the perfect space to discover North Norfolk. It is superbly equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. There's an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area downstairs, and a double and a bunk bedroom upstairs alongside a family bathroom.

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Idyllic sea-side retreat!

This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing break. Located in a traditional seaside town, this top floor flat boasts a sea-view, and is situated on one of the oldest streets in Cromer. It is a short walk to the pier and all local amenities. The flat sleeps 2 people comfortably. We are dog friendly and welcome one large or two smaller dogs. Other things to note The flat is on the top floor, (one flight of steep stairs) so guests need to be able to climb steep stairs to access the flat.

A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

With one bedroom, it's ideal for couples, or single travellers. Small dogs are welcomed. The apartment is fully equipped to cook at home.
