A great room in a sweet little house. Frederick very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Comfy bed, quiet - nice to have your own toilet and sink. Frederick’s house is in a great location - close to railway station, and an easy beautiful walk through the cathedral into the lanes of Norwich. A steep staircase to room for those with mobility issues. Would very happily stay here again thanks Frederick!

Lovely place, we enjoyed a perfect family weekend here. Added bonus of being able to watch the kids play in the little playground from the veranda. Very homely and had everything we needed. Super close to Nicholas Everitt Park which had enough to keep the kids entertained (and us) for hours.

Chalet is fantastic – highly recommended! The chalet is the perfect size for four people – we were a group of three this time, so it felt especially spacious. The site is peaceful, with friendly and quiet neighbours, which made for a very relaxing stay. The marina is just a two-minute walk away and is absolutely beautiful. There are plenty of beaches within a short drive, and a great selection of restaurants all within easy walking distance. Dennis is a fantastic host – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Great location - we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and RSPB Minsmere. Kitchen had all the equipment needed to make an evening meal. The bread, milk and coffee left by Linda was much appreciated. I usually book somewhere with a separate living room area, whereas here it’s quite close to the bed. However, it was great to be able to use the outside space instead as we had nice summertime weather.

David was a very responsive host. The lodge was everything we were expecting. The garden was secluded and peaceful. Would recommend a stay at Lain Lodge.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gary's bungalow. The house was in a good location and we appreciated the parking space in front of the house. The house was clean and comfortable with good amenities. We also enjoyed the outdoor spaces and made the most of the garden seating. I would recommend a visit to Southwold during your stay, for a nice British seaside experience.

A nice homely house with everything provided even tea and coffee. Paul came back quickly with the answer to all our questions. Parking can be a little difficult to find a place quite close to the house but always managed to get a place, just, even if it was a little bit up the road.

We really enjoyed our time at Wendy's house. Everything was really lovely and the cake was a bonus. Thank you! The location was really convenient as the Co-op was so close and the beach was pretty and not commercialised. We are at the age now where we don't always want to travel out to see places and there was plenty of local pubs and eating places locally. (Sorry for the delay in replying but we have only just got home, as we were staying with friends)

me, my wife and my son stayed over the bank holiday weekend. The place is fantastic, incredibly clean and felt like it was all brand new. My son is autistic and often nervous of new places but he settled in straight away and loved the lodge. There's some great walks and pubs nearby. Thank you for a great stay and we'll definitely look to book again in the future.

This was a stunning Airbnb. Beautifully decorated and well equipped, with thoughtful personal touches, flowers and homemade brownies to greet us. We thought it was the perfect location to explore the area and Harriet sent lots of helpful information about local places to eat and explore. We hope to return again soon.

My partner and I came up for a short stay for work, Christine's air b&b was extremely lovely and in impeccable condition and Christine herself was extremely kind and communicative. We'd definitely recommend Christine's air b&b as a place to stay, especially if you like watching wildlife from your window :)

I had the pleasure of staying at Chris and Peter’s beautiful and quirky place for my 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to everything we needed. The home was full of character, immaculately presented, and had all the thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the heavy duvets made for a cosy and restful night’s sleep. Everything was so well thought out, and it really felt like a home away from home. I stayed with a friend and we both agreed we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for any occasion. Highly recommended!

Chloe’s Retreat was ideal for our few days in Norwich. The accommodation is ideal for a couple. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything you could need.
