I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Everything was perfect — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is ideal, close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. The host was friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location….quiet and peaceful. Construction was as stated but didn’t disturb our rest. Few unexpected surprises but Heinz and Ar were very helpful and responsive…do appreciative of that. Would stay here again

Paul is a great host. He is incredibly attentive and makes sure you have what you need! The space is located in a great location right near Kata beach and pretty comfortable. I didn’t cook in the space but the kitchen had most things. I would stick to very simple meals as it wasn’t elaborately stocked with all utensils etc. There is a restaurant at the bottom of the building where you can get breakfast and they have daily specials for dinner.
