Wonderful villa, sorry that there was a short stay. All very clean and modern. Everything corresponds to the photos. Great large clean pool. If possible, we will definitely stay here for a longer time.

A dream stay from start to finish! Our time in this beautiful villa was truly unforgettable. The villa itself was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with a wonderful private swimming pool that we enjoyed every day. As the icing on the cake, we even got a motorbike – ideal for exploring the area! What made this stay really special was the personal attention of our host, Tanya. She was incredibly friendly, clear in her communication and really thought things through with us. Because we were traveling with our baby, she had even provided a tub so we could shower him easily – so thoughtful! Thanks to Tanya, we felt immediately at ease and were able to fully enjoy our holiday. We will definitely come back here again. Absolutely recommended!

From before even entering Thailand the communication with the staff was impeccable! They were very informative and even arranged an airport pickup transfer. The accommodation is as wonderful as it is presented in the images. The area the accommodation is located in is very relaxing and as a first timer in Thailand it just felt perfect. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who’s planning a trip to Phuket! The staff are very welcoming and treat you with the upmost respect.

Loic and his team are a great group of people who are very friendly and easy to deal with, the villa was immaculate itself and was very true to the photos, I would also suggest getting in touch with Loic as he can organise great scooters delivered directly to the Villa which were very handy to see the local sights, Had a great stay looking forward to revisiting!

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

We absolutely loved our stay here for the last 4 days; only wish we could stay for longer. The host and team were incredibly efficient and helpful from the very beginning, including airport pick up despite our late arrival. The house is large, spacious, clean. The team were never too far away if we needed anything and very helpful and responsive via group chat. We were proactively offered a late check out due to the next guests arriving late which made for a very pleasant last day by the pool. We also enjoyed using the outdoor BBQ/kitchen area with some local fish from the seafood market we took from the hosts’ extensive list of recommendations. We truly just loved this stay. Seamless and easy. Thank you Benoit and Julian, hope to be back soon.

This place is wonderful. its even more beautiful in real life. The view is sensational. it's also great being connected to the restaurant as the food and cocktails are first class. if I was to get married again I would get married on the beach, stay at the amazing house and party at the restaurant 😁

Great villa and was exactly what I was looking for. Communication prior to me booking was amazing and made me feel very comfortable booking the villa with all my questions answered before booking. Arrived at villa and had no issues with the property itself and was a fantastic stay. Will definetely be going back for my next trip to phuket!

The accommodation is located in a quiet side street, yet many restaurants and the 7-Eleven were within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity, you could eat well and cheaply. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend a rental car. Dove is a great host, all questions were answered immediately and help was offered. Our return flight was only in the evening. Since new guests have already checked in after us and a late check out was not possible, Dove kindly offered us to bridge the time in his other villa. There were 8 of us and the electricity costs for 9 days were around €30.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa is spotless, beautifully furnished, and extremely well-maintained. Every detail has been thought through, from the fully equipped kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms and super comfortable beds. A huge thank you to Thoi , our wonderful host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to the Property Minding Team – they kept the villa in pristine condition and were professional, and always friendly. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape in Phuket.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Salvina. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by our excellent hosts, Olivier and his wife Phayom. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. The villa itself was absolutely perfect for our needs – spacious, spotlessly clean, and in excellent condition throughout. You can tell it's been really well looked after, with a great attention to detail that made our stay all the more comfortable and relaxing. The “Welcome Book” provided all the necessary information we could have needed – from how things worked in the villa to recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. It was clear and a great resource. Olivier was always available and happy to help if we had any further questions or queries. We loved our stay here. The hosts were very attentive, we messaged them to organize things like drivers and recommendations all week and they always responded and organized things for us promptly. We felt like we got more than just a place to stay because of how attentive they were. Place was nice and clean and rubbish bags provided. And cleaners came to tidy and replaced towels part way though the week. The view was probably the best part about the place especially on the 4th floor lift (max 2ppl) included which was great so the stairs weren't an issue Everything was thought about from the pool floaties, welcome water, to oil and salt in the kitchen and wine for purchase if you really want to drink. The only thing I will mention is be aware the electricity and water will take a decent portion of your deposit but if you plan for it, it's not really an issue.
