Apartment holiday rentals in Kata Beach

The apartment was lovely and exactly as shown, and the walk to the beach is short and sweet. We're in a great area surrounded by a market that will have everything you need. The hosts directions helped us navigate our way to the beach and around Karon market, and check in/out was very smooth. I highly recommend this stay!

Very nice and quiet.The kitchen is well equipped and the table is large, suitable for five people.If you ride a motorcycle, you have to be very careful going up and down the slopes every day. The slope is a little shaky. The scenery is beautiful and the privacy is very high.

This place was perfect for our short stop in Phuket. Place was peaceful, had a beautiful view, host was very friendly and communicated great. This place was also walkable to the night market just have to be prepared for the long steep hill at the top on the way back.

The host was great. I checked in last minute due to complications at another Airbnb, and host was prompt in making sure the space was ready for us to check in as soon as possible. I unfortunately had to cut my stay short due to my friend being physically unable to step in and out of high bathtub. The host was very understanding to the situation and took no time to process a refund. If you’re looking for a great location, great view, and living quarters and a host with great communication I would definitely recommend staying here. You won’t regret it.

Loved this place, the host was VERY responsive. The space is outstanding and great for the 4 nights we were there. Very clean and spacious. Only minor thing was the bed was quite firm but apart from that. AMAZING! Will definitely book again when we are next in Phuket.

I took my first steps in Phuket, with this accommodation. In my opinion bike is necessary, to get the full Phuket experience - but location is good with near 7/11, Bank and beach area. Pool is a great add on - pro Tipp, experience it after you spent your time in town to cool off. Good to have security in front of doors, gives a sense of security. Many Russian folks around, but I heard thats common for Phuket anyway.

Such a beautiful place. It is in perfect location, close to all attractions. The host even provided snacks for us. Their place and them, both are warm and lovely!

I would like to to thank the host G***** for his hospitality and his flexibility he allowed us to check in way before because we run away from a scammy Airbnb in Phuket extremely recommend this Airbnb because Rawai is the best calm + luxurious area in south Phuket, you can rent a motorbike from the outside the compound, you will find a 7/11 also near it, basically everything you need is here + the private pool is something you will never regret using everyday after a long day trying thai food and fine dining at the top michelin restaurants in old town Phuket

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment in a well-maintained building with friendly staff. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the night market. The pool was great and the views from the apartment were truly breath-taking. We also appreciated the privacy, as the space is surrounded by lush greenery and not overlooked by any neighbours. Having access to the gym was a great bonus. David’s communication was excellent. He was quick to respond to all our messages, answered every question thoroughly. David also helped arrange our airport transfer, making our arrival stress-free—our taxi took us straight to the apartment without any issues. Dee, the lady who manages the apartment, was available and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend David’s place to anyone planning a visit to Kata!

Considering this is right smack back in the middle of Bangla Road, you don't hear a thing once in the room. Brilliant location and really good apartment if you want to be central to everything. Alex was a great host too with clear check in instructions and was always quick to reply with any questions I had. Very helpful and he made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend staying here.

Super clean, spacious and comfortable. We slept super well and the shower is great. They give you small bottles for shampoo and body wash so make sure to bring extras if you need more than that. The bath on the balcony is super cute but I personally didn’t use it because people can see you. We saw a gorgeous sunset from the room. We had to wait for a few minutes until someone came to get us for check in but the process was smooth. They walk you to your room (there is no elevator or we weren’t shown one) and they give you the card. Check out is super easy. Location itself is good. Close to a lot of restaurants! Overall, would recommend.

The apartment is as described and it's a fabulous place to relax and unwind, away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket, but close enough to enjoy all Phuket has to offer. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, making for a very easy and relaxing holiday. Daria is also a great host, being responsive to queries and also adding a few thoughtful touches along the way. Amazing apartment, even more beautiful than the photos, with beautiful beach view and amazing sunsets. Pussadee was so helpful, flexible and generous. The day after we checked in some renovation started in one of the apartments next to us and Pussadee did her best to help, and while the renovation continued during our stay we decided to stay due to the apartment being so great. The beach is only a few minutes walk, restaurants and 7/11 as well and great laundry service. The staff at the building was so great, we traveled with our 7 months old and they were so helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great experience!❤️ Things worth mentioning: as I mentioned there was some renovation next to us, it's not during the weekend, only week days, some days it was very loud and we left the room for a few hours to avoid it, in others it was manageable and our baby could even nap, and in the evening you can hear a little bit of the music from the bars outside, which we kind of liked. ☺️

Overall, very good value for money. The room is clean and hygienic, the facilities are complete, and the people are friendly.

Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

This condo was very clean. YoYo was very responsive and helpful through the entire process. She helped to set up transportation to and from the airport and the drivers did a great job. The price was great and it is within walking distance (10-15 minutes) from the beach and several restaurants.

Thank you to Tippawan and Wiwian. Their stays are always so nice. The extras like food and water are always a nice special. Will be going with them again next time. Highly recommend to anyone!
