Wir bieten eine gemütliche Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit tollem Ausblick. Super Ausgangslage für Wanderungen in die einzigartige Natur des Karwendelgebirges. Für Wintersport begeisterte sind die Skigebiete nicht weit entfernt, auch Langlaufloipen in der Olympiaregion Seefeld sind leicht zu erreichen. Oder einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen am Walchensee. Alles was das Herz begehrt in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Ab sofort ist die Kurtaxe mit im Preis enthalten, es entstehen keine weiteren Kosten.

Karwendelblick & Swiss pine

The 1-bedroom apartment was fully renovated in 2025. Centrally located - only 5 minutes from the train station - you are in untouched nature in a few minutes. The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are welcome and up to 6 years we do not charge any extra costs. Please simply note this in the text when making the request. The visitor's tax is between €2.20 and max. €3.00 per adult depending on the season and with the guest card there are some discounts.

Cozy apartment with kitchen + terrace for 2+1

The modern, fully equipped apartment offers enough space and comfort for 2 people to enjoy a pleasant stay. 2+1 means that families with a child have the budget-friendly option of letting the child sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (see photos). An adult can also sleep here. Please note that using the sofa bed inevitably comes with limitations in terms of space and comfort. If you don't want to compromise on comfort even with three people, we recommend taking a look at our larger apartments.

Unique Loft with Terrace

Diese besondere und ruhige Unterkunft befindet sich einem der ältesten Stadteile Innsbrucks, nur 10 Minuten von der Altstadt und 5 Minuten von der Natur entfernet. Als Teil der Tourismusregion Innsbruck können wir euch die Welcome Cards zur Verfügung stellen. Entspann auf der privaten Terrasse, im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer oder genieße den Blick in den Himmel vom Bett. Das Apartment hat ein 160cm Doppelbett und ein 140cm Bett auf einer Hochebene (nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet).

The south-facing apartment offers a great view of the Alpine world of Karwendel and Wetterstein. It has been recently renovated and furnished. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people. The apartment has almost 40 m² of very clean living space: dining-living room (with spacious, fully equipped kitchenette), bedroom (with wide double bed and new mattresses), private bathroom with natural light, south-facing balcony, private parking.

Penthouse apartment in Mösern with fantastic views.

Elegant penthouse apartment in modern alpine style on the Seefelder plateau. The cozy, quiet apartment on the last floor is designed for up to 4 people very comfortably. It has a bright living-dining area with modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi and a very large private terrace. From there you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and the Inn Valley, both in summer and in winter.

Quiet vacation apartment

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

The apartment "Judith," renovated in 2022, is on the 2nd floor in Haus Venier is located in a quiet location in Scharnitz (Olympic Region Seefeld) and can accommodate 2 - 4 people. In the apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed and a living/dining area with a sofa bed, a spacious bathroom and a large balcony. Due to its location at the foot of the Karwendel Valley, the apartment is ideally suited for hiking and biking excursions.

Apartment Öfelekopf is so named for its amazing view of the mountains. This luxury modern apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and offers everything for a relaxing break. This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in comfort...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the large comfortable bed.

Liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Ortsteil Kaltenbrunn, 6km vom Ortszentrum Garmisch Partenkirchen entfernt. Loipe ist zu Fuss erreichbar, Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe, Parkplatz am Haus. Die Kurtaxe von €3.- pro Person und Tag ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen und wird bei Anreise in bar erhoben, dafür gibt es die GaPa Gästekarte mit Vergünstigungen.

My flat is located on s small hill above town and therefore the terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. My flat is best when you're looking for a quiet little getaway in the mountains, as the neighborhood doesn't offer any nightclubs or fancy restaurants ;-) Instead, many hiking and biking trails are right around the corner.
