The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received a diploma from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses are protected to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. The house is located right down to the water, which is seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities.
