The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. We would like to share that with you! The garden is partially landscaped with wild flowers, which adorn the beautiful garden, which also includes a ball court, large partially covered wooden terrace, large fireplace and play area with swings and slide.
